yeah its the scamming grant company. they call me 20 times a day. they have made unauthorized on my sons ssi debit card.

they started calling about 1 week ago and have been calling persistently. at least 10 times a day, maybe more. did a search and found this company and now have found a lot of other people are having the EXACT same problem. I just got my first call this morning from them 8:30.

I have to try and get this company to please leave me alone .. calls every 15 min's no one ever talks to us just call and this is every day some times up to 7 calls a day we just got one a few min's ago ... please help us with this.

There calling my house about every 15 min's never talking to us just calling we say "hello" you can tell that that the other person has hung up ... we did try and call the number but no one picks the phone up all is does it ring .. we need help with this plus our number is on the do not call list ...

Call ten times a day, about some grant thing. How to make them stop, I keep asking them to. And they call back an hour later..Crazy

I am sick of these people. Has anyone figured out how to get rid of them? I get 5+ calls a day and some as late as 9:30 PM. Can the BBB do anything? Any help appreciated.

I think these phone calls are from that Grant Line Pro "SCAM"; I've even put my cell # on a do not call list and they just keep calling and not answering, no message, etc. I just don't answer it anymore but there must be a way of reporting these people.

This number had called me during work hours at least once an hour. No voicemails. I am on the do not call list.

They call themselves Government Grants, I have answered a couple of times now. They call between 7 and 9 everyday now around 5 times from the same number.

It's fraud...I got 5 call yesterday and said to get me of the list..and then got 3 more today. I don't like to yell at repreventatives cuz I'm one, but I lost it. I got a Grace and she asks you to pay like $2 for info on grants, but I look it up and it was fraud. I get Grant Master as the company name.

They just started calling me this morning just after 8 AM. In under 4 hours I have had 7 calls from this number. I will not answer the call, as I have a message service. But they haven't left a message yet either.

This time I answered and was asked if I was interested in free money from goverment. Told me it cost 2.95 s&h. I said not interested they laughed and kept insisting I was missing out. I finally hungup.

Don't answer due to having answering machine but they never leave a message. They call several times a day,at different times. Pretty annoyingn to say the least.

The initial time I answered they tried to get me to pay for a government grant information package's postage, further trying to get personal info. about me. Unbelievable... I just want to get rid of their phone calls - they are extremely annoying.

I have been getting calls from this number starting yesterday. They started about 8am and didn't stop til about 7pm last night. They started calling again this morning at 8am. About every 15-20 min i get the call. I even told them the person they were looking for didn't live here to to remove the number about 3 yesterday. My husband called them back today after they called again and they hung up on him. So he called back and asked for a supervisor and they refused to let him speak to one. They told him that it would take a week to remove the number from the dialer. Well thats bull. My husband and I have both worked in telemarketing for about 4 yrs and it is immediate. And if they were calling from a dialer we wouldn't be able to call the number back and get someone. He is in the process of reporting them to the FTC the number is 1-877-382-4357. They told him to also call your consumer protection agency. Every state is different so you will have to find the number to your particular state. The state of Kentucky is 1-888-432-9257. FTC said that they would probably be shut down. So call them and report them. Good Luck!

They call my cell phone all the time. Never answered, never leave a message. BUT my 2 year old has figured out how to dial the last # on my phone. So, she calls them, says hi, laughs and hangs-up. I just let her annoy them for a while!

GotI bet like 15 calls today from the number, at one point I got 3 calls in 15 minutes and then they stopped for a bit and it started all over again. If all else fails what I did was I found out how to go into my phone and restrict incoming calls to only people in my address book, and since they are not they get routed to voicemail, and since they do not leave voicemails no problem its like they never even called. I am going on about 3 hours of peace and quiet so far so if they are calling your cell phone I highly recommend doing it.

Called trying to collect a debt. This number is like a rented exchange in California. Fly-by-night operations who believe in today's economy they are going to be successful...

Whoever keeps calling my cell phone and I'm wondering how did they get that because only friends and family have this number but when i answer the phone they hang up.

I am also tired of receiving calls from this number. Name unknown. If you call back they said: TELEMARKETING ONLY. What a crap!

The people who call have very little skills. Accent seems to be spanish,
from any one of the central americas. Very loud background noise,very
loud conversations, including children. Always very loud music. I have
4 to 5 calls per week, sometines more than one per day. Anytime I get
someone who can speak english and understand english, they have promised
to put me on the "no call list". sounds like it has not happened yet.

These people have called nonstop for the past week. Today alone they have called about 15 times. And when you answer it is a foriegn lady you can't hardly understand,if they say anything at all. We usually don't answer calls from places we have never heard of. This is very bothersome due to the fact we work shift work,and the phone rings all the time!!!

i got that nbr twice this morning and no msg left..It showed up on Callwave Internet caller id. If I see a strange or new business name that I never heard of, I don't take that call...

They were talking about free federal grants that you can apply for jusit pay the shipping and handling cost of $2.99 for the cd.

This number calls me 4-10 times a day, no one answers when i pick up and when i call back i get put on hold forever, till i just hang up!! If anyone can give me a way to contact these people I'd really appreciate it! I want them to STOP CALLING ME!!!!

THey called me about 5 times within a 20 minute span about some government grant. I didn't answer the first few times, then I called back and placed on hold forever. Then a few minutes later, I got another call from them and then I answered. They asked by my first name and said they got my info from the internet (BS cuase I spam all these gov't grant emails). Moreover, I I told I'm not interest and to take me off their calling list, etc. The woman just left me there and started speaking in spanish to other people in the office, etc. After a few minutes, I hung up and checked the phone number online. I was afraid is might be connected to an international number which could end up costing me through my phone bill. I'm going to call my phone company and have this number blocked and to remove charges from this number if any.

Careful, they are relentless and ruthless and they do not speak english very well, etc.

Got four calls from the same number. After done my research online and found this caller is on the black list. The fourth time, I got annoyed and picked up the phone said: what the fuck do you want then hang up the phone! Hope it will stop the caller from calling again.

received many persistent phone calls from a Cal Grant government agency "Raven Media Inc.". Woman was very persistent and wanted a credit card number. When i said no, she would say threateningly, "so your not interested in government grants". offered some cd that was supposedly free but said i had to pay the shipping cost.

I receive calls from PNIY KMPGY INC (Y is in Chinese writing) on a regular basis. And yes, there are NO spelling errors. Sometimes they call 8-10 times a DAY. They have called between 5:00AM until 12AM, EST. Where the number SHOULD be displayed, it says: *out of area*. They never leave a message. I refuse to answer the call, and I cannot report it on the National Do Not Call Registry, because there is no number listed. Whoever these people are, they should be hung by their testicles. That is, provided, they HAVE any, because apparently they don't have enough of them to leave a message, a return phone number, or the decency to stop the barrage of phone calls.

i had logged onto a website regarding grants for free money, that is how they are. now i have to figure out how to get them to quit calling me.

This company calls with Global research on the caller ID as well as chinese writing (pniy kmpgy inc). It seems that they constantly change their phone number as well. It's amazing with all these complaints and no one from Better Business Bureau or the FBI has checked them out for fraud. Or international fraud.

repeated calls over at least 2 days. every few minutes until i answer and then asked them to take my number off their list. they must not understand english as the calls have continued. government grants for free but then they want bank information for me to pay the "shipping" of $1,95. as if.

THIS COMPANY JUST STARTED CALLING ME TODAY. 1ST CALL AT 9AM/ IT IS NOW 2:41PM ON FEB 5 2008. I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS. ABOUT EVERY HALF HOUR. ROUGHLY 8 CALLS THAT IS CRAZY. THERE HAS ALSO BEEN 3 CALLS THAT MY PRIVACY MANAGER INTERCEPTED, WHICH I AM SURE WAS THEM. SO THAT IS 11 CALLS IN 5 HOURS THAT IS ABUSIVE, AND HARASSMENT. I ASKED THEM TO PUT ME ON THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST. IF THEY CALL AGAIN I WILL MARK THIS PAGE AS A FAVORITE, AND CALL THE PHONE COMPANY OR MAKE A POLICE REPORT WHATEVER I HAVE TO DO.

I am on the "No Call List" and still these idiots have been calling. I can only figure that they got my number off the internet, as I have not contacted anyone about government grants. Last time they called, I told them my number was being monitored by the FCC. No calls since.

I was gone for 10 days and whoever it is called my home phone 28 times over that time period and never left a message. Must be scammers

If you are not registered on the "Do Not Call" registry, register and then in 30 days you can file a complaint. If you are registered, file a complaint. It is really simple, even for some of you!!!!

The phone rang a couple of times tonight with the Globalreach Int ID. I answered it on the third time. At first a prerecorded voice thanked me for calling and then an operator picked up and identified himself as Jeff and asked for me by name. I assumed it was some kind of sales pitch from some company that ignores the do not call list so I said that "he" was not home. I look at the memory in the phone and say that Globalreach called my home 10 times in the last 2 days.

not sure who this globalreach int is but they will not speak to you when you answer the phone or they let it ring 3 times then hung up, that is why i put my number in the national do not call list in hopes of stopping of them from calling me, others should do the same. this company if that is what it is, is a pest, no one should ever give out private information about them selves or others to any one they don't know.

Its probably my own fault for taking some online "surveys" which are really sales tricks not just answering questions. I try to be more careful about letting my info out now.

They called saying they have gov. grant info, she seemed polite but stumbling on the info, they already had my full name, they asked for my address so I gave them the one that none of my important info goes to (All my bank stuff and anything important goes to a family member for safty reasons since we've a mail theif where I live), I am not surprised to get gov grant calls as I have looked into them many times before. When asked for my credit card I simply said I only had one and it was stolen (which it true, got a block on it so, if it's used, the cops get called) they didn't arue with me once I said that but hung up rather quickly, I guess i'll see if i get anything in my email from them. I told them I am preg and on disability, which is the truth. The thing that hits me as odd the most is they said they are from vegas yet the id says the number is from california. If they try to use any of my info they have another thing coming, due to my credit card having been stolen the law is watching my credit activiy and calls me if anything is inquired on my credit report, if there's activity i get a call, if I tell them I didn't apply for whatever shows up they track it and arrest whoever is trying to use my info.

My husband and I are quite bothered by this Globalreach calling all the time and there is never anyone on the phone. They usually call late. Can someone do something about this?

I don't know who these people are but they ask for your code and pin no. scary. Never trust filling out anything on the conmputer. Free isn't free. This is how I think they got my number they have a lot of balls. I filled out a survey about a camera. Never again. Yes they are do not speak english well. I will call the betterbusiness bureau in the a.m. and block my phone after that

Have been receiving repeated calls from this number (Global Reach Int) shows on caller ID. Sometimes these calls come fifteen/twenty minutes apart. Out of desperation late last evening I answered; and someone speaking a foreign language started talking. I put a block on my phone for this number

Called about every two hours today, never left a message, this isn't the first day they have called either, when I tried calling the number back no answer, it wouldn't let me through to them, isn't there a law somewhere that states you can't call people after a current time, if you a tele-marketer????????????

This number keeps calling my cell for a couple of days now, sometimes 10 times a day! When i picked up the first time nobody said anything. i tried to ignore it, even tried to call back once (just so i could scream at them), but the number is ALWAYS busy. I finally called verizon today and they blocked the number from calling me! Yippeh! Now they can try all they want, but they can't call me anymore! Assholes! (sorry, but I am a little upset here)

The number was not 213-452-6539, but had the same area code. They told me they were Raven Media Incorporation (Government Grant givers). They said they had a CD Rom to send me for information about them. There a small fee for shipping and handling of $1.95. They needed my credit card for that one and I stupidly gave it to them. Maybe they are who they said they are, but it's been a week or so and I haven't received anything from them through the mail. There costumer service number they gave me isn't even the right one. It's some radio stations number or some audio company.
Who are these people?! They had accents and things just didn't seem right when talking with them. They told me there was no risk and they said they had this fraud protection or something of the sort. Um, anyway about the credit card thing..., they said I have 14 days to cancel my account before they start charging me $30 some bucks a month for having it. I'll never trust an unknown foreigner over the phone again! OH, THEIR NUMBER...? It was 213-533-8042.

This is pure harrassment. They have called four times in the past 20 minutes, a total of 6 times today and four times yesterday. I wonder when they will give up?!?!? They are disturbing the peace in our home.

Persons from Globalreach Int call daily, morning, day, and night with no professional etiquette, only asking from our adult child by first name, leaving no identification, message or info.One person said it was about a government grant.

Called about a Government Grant and School Financial Aid. Caller Named " Mar Lopez" persistently called multiple times even after being told not interested and to not call again. I finally spoke with caller and all the caller wanted to proceed with the scam was a credit card numbeer to cover a $1.89 in shipping costs. This company or group called Global International are Vicious, and relentless in attempting to aquire your personal information. This group also is able to fill my inbox with junk e-mail, which I guess is how they might have aquired my name and phone number.
