Over the last month, I've received more than 10 calls from various numbers (this one included) that are all the same.

This has been going on for months. We should find the common denominator to discover where they got our numbers from. I've had 3 calls this week, all from different numbers.

I have been receiving calls on my work cell phone from this number as well as 207 377-7914. Recording wants to sell me an extended warranty for my car. I would like to shove my phone up their a$$.
They called my cell & I told them if they call again(this was after many calls) that I would send it to the BBB & whomever else I could.
They called my SkypeOut number....
stupid.....I even enlisted my phone number on NO CALL list...and still receive those annoying calls...I refuse to answer!

They are not legitimate collection agencies - I have no debts, and I don't own a car, and I never had an extended warranty on anything, even.
Clearly someone looking to rip of the elderly and susceptible. Hopefully the telecom companies will sue these guys into oblivion, and will be able to provide enough information to the feds to land these scam artists in JAIL.
The phone number doesn't "belong" to anyone - it's fake caller ID data.
This is a trick. These companies aren't warrenty pushers they are collection agencies they use something similar to Magic Jack to switch their numbers every few mins. The numbers they use sometimes belong to people whom don't know their number got hijacked. They use this "warrenty" scam technique to lure people into verbally admitting their name or their parents names so the collection agency can persue further action. I believe this is illegal but due to the nature of VoIP phone technology its possible for people to make unsolicited calls with little evidence. There's even some services based out of other countries that allow you to dial in, and place calls to anyone anywhere and make the other persons caller ID say any number you want (ex. Dial from 818-213-xxxx and have it show up as 666-666-6666)

For the last couple of weeks I have been receiving calls from this number on a couple of my cell phones about my last call on car warranty.
It was an illegal phone solicitation to my cell phone from these people.
