It is our old friends from Pacific Telecom Communications, home of Rachel and her merry crew. According to comments here and at other sites, they are not the ones making the illegal calls. It is their third party clients. Someone please put "paid" to Pacific Tel. Puh-leeze!
I paid off all my student loans in 2002, and went to paying cash thereafter. These people are picking on the wrong person.
Robo-telemarketer offering "records indicate you qualify" to lower the interest rate on my mortgage. I don't have a mortgage. So it better be lower than zero percent or this is false advertising.
Called the phone number back. Computer voice told me to press 1 to be removed from list. Pressed 1. We'll see.
