How do I stop them from calling?

These people will not go away. They have been calling me 10-15 times a day 7 days a week for the last 3 weeks. Now they call and just sit there or hang up. I am about to go to New Jersey and find the bastards.
Calls from this number continue multiple times a day, each and every day. As soon as you pick up the phone, they disconnect. If you reverse call, you have two options. 1) speak to a customer service rep (no pickup, just elevator music); 2) option to remove from do not call list -- WARNING: If you select this option and enter your phone number, the frequency of annoying phone calls will INCREASE! Please compain to the FCC for the telephone companies are useless. The solution by the telephone companies is to charge you $5.50 a month to block the call.

Very persistent even when told not interested and don't call back again. Called eight times between 8:43am and 4:23pm asking for me by my maiden name which I havent used in 20 years. LOOK OUT IT MUST BE A SCAM!!!!!!!!
