How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

"Voice Call" from unknown. No msg left
I got a phone call from 000-012-3456. The caller ID said "VoiceOver IP." When I answered, there was no one there. I said "hello" 3 times and didn't hear a thing, so I hung up.
An almost unintelligible voice claimed to be from Dish Network. As in the past I explained that they should stop calling and if they call again I expect a certified check for $500. So far no checks. When the voice started to say something I told it that I was fluent in English and Klingon. Talk to me in one of these languages. Then I hung up
000123456 is a phone number from another country outside of the US or it can be Skype. It does not activate cell phone spyware/.
I received three calls from these assholes today! No name or id but before the second went to the machine some son of a bitch that couldn't speak understandable American English started muttering something.

Thank you for your comment. What do you mean by if I receive a call from 000123456, it activates the cell phone spy software? Do i have to answer it or does it activate it regardless? How can we find out whether it is spied on or not? Thanks
This number is indicated on a caller ID when the originating caller is using the Skype VoiP software. If you have any friends that use skype as thier long distance provider this is probably them calling.
