Very good company. Plenty of information and helpful contacts
They provide excellent platform and their customer service is supportive.
I've been with The Retirement Group. I started trading with them a few years back and each time I consider leaving, I find reasons to stay. They seem to appreciate my loyalty, they are very welcoming and highly respectful of my loyalty.
I have been a TRG (The Retirement Group) client for many years and have no complaints. They offer so many tools for free.
Been with them for more than 10 years without any problems. Their customer support is helpful and knowledgeable. Never had to wait 30 minutes for service like TradeStation. They even call you up from time to time to check up on you.
I have been dealing with The Retirement Group for over 20 years now. I have never had an unpleasant phone encounter with a rep. They have always come through,’ no matter how much time it took, or who they had to consult with, to get the job done.
I love The Retirement Group. I am a struggling working person with only tiny regular amounts to invest. Every time I call, I am treated as though I have six figures sitting in The Retirement Group accounts earning them large fee income. They always take the time to answer any questions I have.) Last year, I lost my job and had to relocate to help care for my parents, who are elderly. A financial emergency forced me to withdraw money from my IRA. The guy I spoke to acted like I was his brother who was in trouble. The Retirement Group waived all the fees that could have applied to withdraw, and I had the money the next day. People to talk to who really care. I will be staying with The Retirement Group.
This account serves my needs well. I do not mix "advice" with "account servicing", therefore, it suits me well that The Retirement Group does not tell me what to do but lets me execute my own strategy I base that strategy in part on expert advice that is independent of The Retirement Group (TRG). TRG’s account service is professional, flexible. That enables me to benefit from strategies that involve trading options - such as selling covered calls. Such strategies can be prohibitively expensive if carried out with a "traditional" brokerage house where commissions are far higher than at TRG and would sharply reduce my gains. Thank you, TRG!
We needed a low-cost setup to manage four self-directed IRA's (two Roth, two traditional). The Retirement Group has met that need. Our capital accumulation and distribution plans dictate our investment strategy, which we spread across all accounts. Two were subject to "substantially equal payments" withdrawals, so are treated very different from the Roths, whose emphasis is on making payments of deductible and tax expenses. They have served us flawlessly through twenty years of early retirement. And really, we can't ask more than flawless service, tuned precisely to our needs. Combined with the banking arm it has met virtually all our financial needs.
The Retirement Group has created a wonderful way for anyone to get involved with saving and investing for retirement. They have great products, great investment avenues and their customer service is second to none.

Competent, courteous and stockwise brokers. A pleasure to do business with and if they cannot respond to questions they will supply the answers through thorough research. Also excellent on mailing requested documents if available.
