Never leaves a message, calls at least 10 times a day. Getting VERY irritating!!!!

Wouldn't make any sense if it's collections. I've had 3 vehicles financed through Capital One and have never had any issues. I have the payment sent electronically two weeks early and send $600/mo even though the terms of my loan make it $400/mo. This may be a scammer because Capital One has always been good to me. Just my 2¢

i just purchased a new car.. they were one of the companies that that the dealership "pushed my loan through".. they call 3 times a day now! Oh.. I financed through TD Bank, not one call from them !!!!
I almost think they are keeping calling me for fun. I answered once, they guy didn't explain why they are calling me. After I told them please not call me any more, they ignore my request, and keep calling every day, more than twice day. I don't have any business with Capital One auto finance. I don't understand what they are doing.
I'll just change my number
i do not have a capital one auto loan,or any other debt with this company, so they need to STOP calling my number
Evidently, Lisa, you didn't ''get them'' to do anything but doubt your word. Turn up your volume on paper, via USPS Certified with return card. You might also want to be sure you're not dealing with a third party collector in disguise.
Those rules for third parties, just in case:

I don't have an account never had an account & they call me at least 5 times a day. I got them to take me off their list. Worked for about a month, they just started calling again.
Mary, now that you've practiced your no-call request here, deliver it to the actual caller, which does not maintain this site or this web page. It is unwise to publish a phone number you meant to protect in an open forum where any data harvester and scammer can find it.

We keep getting calls from this telephone number everyday and this is a school phone. 864-941-5555
is our number and please take this number off of your call list ASAP.
This is Capital One Auto Finance (sort of)
This is (Generally) not a collection call
It is them trying to get you to schedule your payments using an automatic debit from your checking or savings account.
You can set it up weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or twice a month based on your paycheck schedule.
This is to keep your payments up to date & on-time
Not sure why everyone is all up in arms about receiving this call, just set it up or tell them you would rather mail it in.. Pretty simple 5 minute phone call..
This is Capital One Auto Finance, and their record keeping is teh LAME. We switched from monthly to weekly payments on our car (my wife is paid weekly and it smooths out the bumps in our household budget to pay on it each week), and they have NEVER gotten it straight. They keep calling about our late payment.
Wait, whut? We paid you four times last month.
They generally aren't difficult or mean, but they are kind of clueless.
Wow, if this is debt collection then that's ridiculous. I just purchase a vehicle financed through them and first payment isn't due for another month.
They call everyday at least 5 times a day. I don't normally answer my phone unless I recognize the number or get a voicemail. They never leave a voicemail! I just purchased a vehicle that was financed through Capital One. It's sad that I had to research the number to figure out that it was Capital One. If they had just left a message, I would've returned the call right away.
They call all the time. I don't blame them, I've been running 60 days late for almost 3 years now. Talked to them a few times, I send a payment every month but like I said, haven't caught up to current. I said to the last person, "hey, if you haven't figured it out yet after 3 years I'm going to pay the car off 2 months later than I promised to." Calls don't bother me, have fun with them...lol.!
Phrases akin to "important personal business" or "important business matter" nearly always are code for debt collection. This should be an original creditor, thus sadly not covered by FDCPA for its hijinks. Turn to your state collections laws if any apply. Crap One likes to jerk around with debtors and they like to sue them even more when pushed into default.

Repeated calls all week. No message left on voicemail. When I finally answered, the caller was looking for an unknown party regarding a personal matter - perhaps debt collection. I filed an FTC complaint for whatever that is worth.
Yes it is Capital One Auto Finance and they are calling me - harrassing me over $35 of my auto payment that is late. I have made every payment on time for 3 years, most months I pay over my minimum payment of $311. But apparently that isn't good enough - last month I asked them for help because I could not make my full payment. They refused to work with me at all so I sent what I could. Now I'm being harrassed daily - 6 to 8 times a day. If anyone is thinking about getting an auto loan or credit card with Capital One, I would STRONGLY advise against it. I will never finance anything with them again.
