i got the same call. really irritating considering I am on the national do not call registry
Received an automated call saying that they were calling about a current credit account and that this was my final notice to reduce my rates to 6.9%. There was an option to press 1 to speak to a representative and press 2 to not receive any additional notices. No company name was mentioned; this definitely smells scammy.
Reports say this is a credit card scam.

same thing as the others. credit scam. just recently both of my email accounts (yahoo and hotmail) were hacked. i assume it's all a part of the same thing
I selected 1 and when I asked who is this they hung up, so i reported to the do not call since I have all my phones on it . Yeah reduce credit interest rates my ass.
Credit Card scam... BEWARE
Credit card scam. "This is your last chance to lower your credit card rate." Oh, yeah? Then why do you call me every week? When you talk to them they don't even know what credit card you have or what your bank is. Total scam.
THIS IS AN IDENTITY THEFT RING. They attempt to have you provide them with expiration date and card number saying they will help you with your interest rate (for me he said 6.6 APR). DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION TO THEM. I ask him what credit card and # were they taking about and he then hung up.
"MT SAC" called at 1:55 PM, I did not answer...never answer IDs I don't recognize. No message was left.
I answered "Hello" and the recording began "We're calling about your current credit ..." pressing 0 led to silence, more 0s and they hung up.
When they got my machine they just sat there for 10 secs and then hung up. Love the spoof on the ID as "MT SAC" As in Empty Sack...use your imagination.
Played only music when I answered the call.
Just like other reports on the internet, It does not answer when you call it back...
