I'll make a guess the quad ''F'' is Feature Films for Families, a chronic fraudulent hassler. It's one of three related Utah firms which the FTC sued in May. These are commercial enterprises essentially using DNC registry exemptions to launder their calls, a tactic pioneered by the nefarious Dove Foundation.
My longer comments and source links are found here:
Commercial firms must keep an internal no-call list. To illustrate, the FTC rules say: ''... if a third-party telemarketer is calling on behalf of a charity, a consumer may ask not to receive any more calls from, or on behalf of, that specific charity. If a third-party telemarketer calls again on behalf of that charity, the telemarketer may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000.''
