Did you stay at Yosemite or Reno, NV in July 2012? I started getting telemarketing calls after completing a phone survey for a Reno, NV hotel I stayed in. The telemarketing calls got worse after I received a automated calls from Yosemite regarding the hantavirus outbreak during my stay. Was my phone number sold by the hotel's survey contractor or Yosemite (actually Deleware North Companies)?? Did this happen to you too?? Solution: Never take a phone survey. Never answer a number you don't recognize.

Offering to lower my electric utility bills. Don't press any buttons or say anything when they ask. I've gotten 6 calls from different numbers in the last 2 days. I never get telemarketing calls, so why now?
