why would they call a pay as u go number?
I used to have Virgin Mobile, but that was almost a year ago! I let it run out, because they suck!! Then they JUST called here. I did not answer of course, but I am with Boost Mobile now and I prefer THEIR service over Virgin Mobile! If VM calls here again, I will give them a piece of my mind@
My home phone is 322-1122. BIG MISTAKE. I get calls from people all the time trying to reach Virgin Mobile. It's time to change my phone number, I guess.

Annoying I've asked Virgin Mobile to stop giving out my number to commercial organizations several times. I had to pay for the call and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. When I finally did get the operator to explain that they don't have the right to give out my number they just denied that they ever did. I might have believed them if the calls didn't start coming 2 minutes after I activated the phone the first time. Ffs I didn't even have a chance to give out my number by that time. So I've called them over 5 times about this same matter and nothing has been done about it. I'm also registered with the no call registry but they still call. Virgin Mobile care nothing about anything but what shakes their money maker. Anyone want a phone real cheap? I'd give it away

Didn't pick up since unidentified. Just said, "Not Provided." If it is Virgin Mobile, I don't know why they would be calling me; I don't have an account with them. I get a lot of harrassing phone calls lately -- even though we're on the Do Not Call list. Makes me want to hurt someone!!!

Their customer service sucks. I have tried for a month trying to get my phone activated and I get put on hold for an hour at a time. I`m TRYING to be a new customer and can`t even get my phone activated.What`s to say, I actually have problems and I can`t get any help.Their reps. aren`t even there to answer the phones. Don`t know how you people stay in business. They don`t seemed to care about people anymore.

Don't know why virgin moble would be calling as I never had service from them.
Got a call. Virgin mobile reminding me to top up. No problem because I always forget and would let the service lapse if they didn't remind me. As for Virgin, I always get signal even when my wife's Verizon phone does not.

The only reason I know it's Virgin Mobile is because I did a reverse look up on the number online. While I can understand them wanting me to top up the phone--they usually sent text messages and emails (both of which were promptly deleted by me since I know when I need to top up). However, since I had actually topped up my phone on Tuesday (10/14), and didn't get a call from them until last night and this morning (10/15 and 10/16, respectively), I have no idea why they would be bugging me about that.

Recording from Virgin Mobile telling me to use the auto top-up option and add minutes to my phone before it expired. I am a Virgin Mobile customer, but this call came after I had already made many phone calls and sent many emails asking for help because the auto top-up option was not working. Customer service at its finest.

I don't have Virgin Mobile and after calling the number back and going through their horrible automated directory - I NEVER will. I turned the tables and harassed the rep since I'm on the DNC registry. They called me 23x this month. Definitely stalkers!
Hopefully this will be the last phone call since the phone they are calling about wil be turned off indefinately unless I put money on it.

Had a "missed call" from this number at 6:10 PM on my VM cell phone. No voice mail was left. I have been a Virgin customer for over 2 years. They have never called me before, just send "Virgin Alert" text messages. I do NOT need to top up and my annual date is not for several months. I think someone is faking this number. Had not taken my phone to the kitchen, so I didn't answer it as I didn't hear it.
I have no idea what this was or anything but id like to know who's calling me...i never answered bc i dont usually answer the phone if i dont' know who it is or if it doesn't have a name(caller id)...

Called me 3/15 wanting me to top up my Virgin phone. I dont have a Virgin phone, and after repeatedly pushing "0", I got to a person who basically kept telling me to top up my phone. They couldnt comprehend I dont have a Virgin phone adn they were calling my home phone.
i get calls from them all the time and i'm not a virgin mobile subscriber.
they text messaged me with, "PLEASE CALL" in all caps.
Don't really understand it, and I'm not going to call and waste my minutes. Ha.
Got this call and found 7.88 charged from my debit card without my permission. Fun.
i have never been a boost mobile customer and I have lost 72 minutes from my Tracfone in calls answered from an automated BET sounding sales rep asking me to buy minutes to a phone I dont own. Last 2 calls.

When i called them, I waited 34 minutes to be transferred
ppl w/o virgin mobile svc r most likely getting the calls because that number is sumhow regestered w a previous user. we moved & nvr got the home # chngd on the acct
They start calling with automated reminders when you have 14 or less days to Top-Up. They call, but I don't want to answer because it uses up MY minutes and I know how many days are left to add money, because I add money the day before it expires.
Phone rang, no message. From the comments of others here, I assume it was a reminder for me to top up my minutes, but I already topped up one week ago, so this is bizarre indeed.

Called again at 12:26pm to inform us that our Virgin Mobile service was disconnected due to lack of payment. My husband took the call and called them back and told them he had never heard of them. He was informed that our name would be removed from the call list. Hope this ends it.

AOL is? I think if you don't top up, this company wants your $ so bad..you'll keep getting annoying automated calls til you give it to them
I find it EXTREMELY irritating to get calls that I am charged for on my cell phone from the cell phone provider. I hate junk calls but to have to also pay for them should be illegal. Piss off, Virgin Mobile.
This is a clever way for Virgin Mobile to help their customers waste money from their account balance.

Virgin mobile called to "top up" my account. Interesting since I don't have an account. I called them and after doing a lot of automated response crap, got through to a person. She looked up my home number and said it was tied to another person's name and account that she couldn't identify for "privacy reasons". I asked her if they had a security department, because someone else using my phone number might be part of an identity theft scam. She put me through to a supervisor who assured me that my number had been taken out of the record of the other "nameless" person. I hope this did it and I never hear back from Virgin Mobile.
