This number called me while i was in class, and again an hour later... i answered and they said "Is this Sara? You've won a $1000 best buy gift card"
long story short its a bunch of BS and they try getting you to buy these magazine subscriptions lol

6 magazines, $3 somethin a week...

I asked if they could e-mail me the info, and i was trans. to the manager, and after 5 minutes i asked if i could have the info emailed to me and he cut me off asking my age, and when i said i was 18 he said the lady i had previously spoken to should have told me that it was only available to people 19 years of age or older. and then said "have a nice day" *click*

have been calling my cell using minutes, leavings text messages...3 times in 1 day-today,I answered and the woman asks for Heather-I told her there is no Heather here...she goes into her sales pitch, asking about Visa,MC,Discovery credit cards...this is a scam-I told her I never give out any information by phone,& would not say if I even had any credit cards. She used 3 minutes of my time.
This phone number/company needs to be looked into...Walmart needs to be contacted,as the texts said I won a $50 Walmart gift card...

i had the same problem except they are using my friends stage name that no one calls her by that know her in person they have been calling her every hour on the dot as an unavailable number the first caller was a woman asking for a stage name that my friend uses she then asked who it was they hung up they made one mistake they called her this morning and forgot to press *69 to hide the number she had me call them back to see who it was it was a man this time used two different company names both fake and was extremely rude, in my book i classify them as complete creepers, my friend and i are now trying to find a name for this number and are thinking about going to the cops on account of harassment. we traced it to a possible town called chickopee in MA

you are all dumb asses the call is a telemarketing call for the sale of magazine subscriptions. also since the national do not call list. companies like this have an easier time of aquiring lists of names and addresses including cell phone numbers (that the cell companies just release in 2005) just simply as the company calling to put you on their do not call list. if they call again then turn them in its a $10,000.00 fine per call after the first.

Called my phone 3 times while I was at work. No message was left at all. I called the number back and they answered the phone" Sweepstakes center. Did you receive a post card in the mail?" I replied with "no you've called me three times. May I ask what company this is?" He cut me off by asking, "Is This Lucas?". I answered with "no this is not may I ask how you got this number?" and he hung up the phone. I called the number back again to get the same voice with the same greeting. I then calmly asked him why he was calling and how he got the number. He then told me he would remove me from the list. Ugh... that's why I placed my numbe on the "DNC list!"

It is illegal for a company to acquire your cell phone number. I know this because I have worked in the industry for 10 years. All cell numbers are private and not to be released.

Eager to find out how they got my number. I have not signed up for any surveys and sure would not give my cell number. For everyone who views this site I would talk to my wireless carrier. ILLEGAL to give out wireless numbers!!!!!!!

The number called me yesterday and I did not answer because I did not know the number. I called back and someone by the name of Jennifer answered and asked if I was responding to a call or post card. I told her a call. She proceeded to tell me that I was entered into a drawing for $100,000 and won a trip to Hawaii and congratualted me. Then she tell me that being I am such a good VISA or Mastercard customer that I will be entered to win a Ford Escape Hybrid. I told her that I did not have a credit card. Then she asked me if I had a valid checking account that the debit card was a VISA or Mastercard, which do I have. I told her that I closed my checking account. She then told me that I was disqualified because I did not have a valid credit card or checking. I played along with her game. This was definitely a scam. I need to report their number to someone. Can anyone tell me who?

Got a postcard in the mail. I called the number and they said "did you receive a postcard in the mail?" I hung up! All the postcard said was P.R.S., 6025 Sandy Springs Cir Ne # 318 Atlanta, GA 30328. It said on the back "We are trying to reach you with Good News! It is real important that you call Toll free 1-888-279-9221. Call 12 noon to 8 pm EST Monday thru Friday" Sounds fishy!
