Here's a quick and free way to send these calls straight to voicemail so you don't even have to hear them ring your phone. This works for Android phones, I don't know about iPhone but I'm sure there is a similar feature.

I created a contact and named it "blocked". You can name this contact whatever you please. (Telemarketer, Scammer, Low life, etc.) While creating the contact, select your menu, and check off "All calls to voicemail". Now, any number associated with this contact will not even ring on your phone and will be forwarded directly to your voicemail. In my experience, NONE of them have left a voicemail so these callers have completely disappeared from my life :)

Now - this is important. Any time a new call comes in from a suspect number, long press and "add to existing contact". Add the new number to "blocked"

My phone used to ring from these scammers about 4 times per day. After doing this, I've reduced the number of calls that get through to me to once per week at maximum.

Here is my list of numbers that I have added to my "blocked" contact so far. Feel free to start off by adding these numbers to yours for immediate relief from unwanted callers.

This number called me in early afternoon on Wednesday. I did not answer as I do not answer unknown calls. I did not get a voicemail or anything. If its important or worthy to even call me then leave a message or dont bother calling!!! Hate these types of calls.

This is another number for Rachel from card services with your last chance to lower your interest rates-UGH But when I pressed the #1 to speak with someone, a message said that "our number has changed and to call 800-660-1855. I say we all call it at the same time because I for one am sick and tired of these calls from an unlimited amount of numbers on my cell phone. Nor do I have any credit cards to lower the rates on!

The people using this as a spoof number are scammers. I picked and an automated service picked asking if I wanted to lower my CC interest rate. Knowing this was a scam and since I am on a DNC list, I pressed 1 to collect my $500 since that is what I am to be awarded for them breaking DNC regulations. A woman picked up and I asked what the name of her company was. She said "credit card services". I said, "no, that is not the name of your company. What is the actual name?" She simply hung up.

I wonder if there is a way to report this to my phone company so they can trace the source. Unfortunately I don't have time to push for this.

TLDR; they are scammers looking to get your personal information.

I told one of these guys not to call again. He laughed. I said I'd report them. He laughed again. Told me it does not good because they use this service where they route the call from another number so the original number it came from cannot be traced.

I receive as many as five calls a day from these random numbers. I block each one as it comes in but there is always another number that they call from. It is something about my last chance to lower my credit card rates. I don't carry a balance, and it has been my last chance for over a year. Five calls a day at one min each is 180 min. A month from my call allowance. How do I make it stop? I am registered on the do not call list.

I think this number is from a spammer. They didn't leave a message. Also when I returned their call it said the number didn't exist.
