These jerks have been calling since October with the same message "This is your second and final notice." Promises, promises, promises!!!

They call repeatedly and from many different numbers. They leave a message about interest rates and the financial stimulus. They keep saying this is my final notice. I should be so lucky.
Called for debt relief - continue to call - asked to be removed but they hang up. Tried calling back and states that the phone is disconnected. SCAM!!
Same credit card scam that has been calling for years. These assholes need to get a real job. They also called me from 866--897-0208 today, too. Same crap, different number.
Samc crap scammers calling about credit card interest rate lowering. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO TO THESE NEFARIOUS BUTTHEADS!! This is a scam and you only risk getting ripped off!
These people are criminals. The phone comes make a lot of money from these generated calls. The phone companies are powerful and control what congree and the senate do. So they support these calls. I found out from upper ups in the phone company. They could block these numbers but the government will not let them normally. With NSA listening they know who the people are but collect their campaighn contributions and what ever else.
By the way it is a federal felony to spoof phone calls since Dec 2010. Good luck getting corrupt politians to enforce it. They need their money.
Only solution is to stop answering these calls. You really have to be a stupid person if you answer these type calls. If you call them back you are really really stupid person they are looking for. The truth hurts.

Robocall from 866-897-0208 (Call ID), offering lower rates. Reported to FCC. Please keep reporting so FCC has some justification to address unwanted calls eventually.
This is one in a series of many automated calls I've received stating this is my "second notice," and trying to convince me to reduce my credit card rate. I elected to have the call go through and told the answerer that I wanted them to stop calling, and that I'm on their "do not call" list. The answerer disconnected the call before I was done. Calling the number back gets a recording that their mailbox is full.
Received a call from this number on Oct. 16 at 1:14 p.m. PT despite the fact that I'm on the National Do Not Call List. A recorded voice tried to use scare tactics, saying something about my credit-card account being in danger or delinquent or something. I immediately hung up. I plan to report these frauds to the FTC or whatever regulatory agency takes these complaints. A reverse search of the phone number (1-866-897-0208) reveals that the company is NA Services (http://www.naservices.net), or a fraudulent business pretending to be NA Services. The domain naservices.net is registered with a company called 1&1 (http://www.checkdomain.com/cgi-bin/checkdomain.pl?domain=naservices.net), which uses people in the Philippines to answer its calls. When I tried to call NA Services directly, predictably, a recording said,
ANNOYING auto call with recorded message.
I just got a call which I will add to my block list. I will now get no ring but will get a list of blocked calls on my phone.
I have the Panasonic cordless telephone Model kx-tg6842b (2 handsets)
You can block 250 numbers plus kill the one ring that existed on earlier models that only allowed 30 blocked numbers.
The one handset model sells for $70 at Amazon.
I also get calls almost weekly from this number wanting me to lower my credit card interest rates. When I dial the number, the message says that the mailbox is full; please call back later.
I get calls all of the time from this number wanting me to lower credit cards. STOP CALLING I do not want your services.
