Has been calling - looking for the wrong person who must have used my phone number. Im not the person they're looking for. But they're relentless and have called on Sundays, early morning 6:30 am and as late at 11pm.

This company is a collections company beware if you have bad debt , dont ever acknowledge a debt ,tell them to send you the information so you can verify it .
I paid a bill in full several years ago, and now this bill collection wants me to charge for interest that was not paid? HuH!
Any ways the best if you have and old debt is not to call the as long as you dont pick up the phone you will be ok, after some years withouth payment if your state has limitation you don't have to pay, is better is you do, cause they will be buging you! till death!

Bottom-feeding debt collector... Totally disregards FDCPA consumer laws... You can look them up on the FTC website and see that they were finded $240,000 for repeadily violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Violations include:

(A) Discussing details of the consumers' alleged debt with third parties, such as the consumers' parents, children, employers and co-workers;

(B) Communicating with consumers at all times or places that the company should have knew or known to be inconveinent, including at the consumers' place of employment;

(C) Using language the natural consequence of which is to harass, opress, or abuse;

(D) Falsly stating or implying that failure to pay the debt could result in arrest, imprisonment, or garnishment of wages; and

(E) Threating to take action - such as filling a collection suit against the consumer - when the company did not intend to take such action.
