This is automated Sprint customer service survey following a customer service call I made. It is free, but not good business if they truly want answers. Sprint should show an ID.

They called our cellphone, possibly Sprint wanting to know how their service was. No caller ID. How come Sprint can put a Caller ID on my name, but not their own???
THEY CALLED AT ALMOST 9PM!!! Come on Sprint! Don't bug your customers at 9pm!!!!

The telephone number is from Sprint. I called to make changes to my service. Call was an automated questionnaire about service received.

My records agree w/ findings above; that number was Sprint's Tech Service follow-up survey. The weird mechanical messages (Press 1, etc.) are simply the oddities often created by computerized dialing systems.

the Sprint Rep asked if they could call first before they did through this number. Didn't recognize the number at first, so didn't answer. Yes, that's a few more any-time minutes I lose if I pick up!

It's a Sprint Customer Follow-up automated system. It calls you a day or so after you call Sprint Customer Care and asks you to complete a survey of your experience and over-all satisfaction with Sprint.

It was an automated call from Sprint customer service. I had called them the day before, and this call is a simple 6 question survey on how their customer service handled my call. Which I must say was rather good. This was not a harassing repetitive call.

'the warranty on your car is about to expire' i have tmobile as well but i get this crap at work too. it's sooo annoying and if you call the number back it says the number is disconnected or something like that. just don't answer it.

They called me and I've never contact Sprint in a anyway. I'm with T-Mobile and before I was with MetroPCS so I dont know why they're calling me.

Anyone know how to get a hold of these guys? every time i ask for a supervisor to put me on the do not call list i get hung up or promised it has been done manually. Im tired of it. This isnt sprint to me, this is something called a warranty help desk saying the facotry warranty has expired on my car... I have a 1990 jeep cherokee and i never had a warranty......

We have shut this phone off!! Why are they calling? We put it on a plan to pay of the buy-out fee over 11 months. We had shut off the other phone on our family plan with Sprint and ported the number to an AT&T phone--Sprint said we would not be charged because we were keeping this phone and changing our plan (and keeping it). Then, about 2 weeks after that, we get a $200 charge for turning off the other phone. Eat shit and die Sprint!!!!!! We are tired of you saying one thing and doing another! This was the last straw with these people!

Guess Sprint does not read this webpage. I complained in May about that too.

Sprint rules. $45 per month for 1,500 minutes and everything else unlimited? I love it. I did call them about billing (had employee name on bill with my address) and they were really cool about it. I'll stay with them as long as I get good deals.

This call was to find out how their customer service rep. handled a call. They kept trying at different times of day until I finally answered. The rep. was fine but this is damn annoying!

This is an Automated Customer Service survey that Srpint conducts after you've contacted them for help. Billing, technical support, what ever it may be. You are not billed for the incoming call, or if you call the number back. The system will continue to call (up to 4x a day in my own experience) until you answer. I just answered and hung up, and they didn't called again.

Calls recieved from sprint. They'll call my cell inconviently. It'll be a recording in a different language. Only show the number on the phone. I perfer english speaking only. (SO I KNOW WHAT THERE CALLING FOR) theres no reason to call in a different language. The times that they'll call are right before my minutes change to night time minutes so that will use my minutes so I will refuse to answer the call.
