Like many of you, I have been inundated with call after call after I placed an order for a product. I finally got fed up and answered. I took control. That's the key people. Take control. Don't let them dominate the conversation. Don't acknowledge that they have the right person, don't confirm your address. Take to offensive side instead of the defensive side. He tried to start telling me about giving me a $100 something for being a loyal customer and I cut the bastard off at the knees. He could not get a word in edgewise. Domination! That's what you have to do. By the time I was done counter-acting everything he was trying to say, he was practically begging me to let him put me on the Do Not Call list. He was so flustered by not being able to follow his script that he was totally speechless. Tried to tell me that I could call ........, but again I cut him off and told him that I had no intentions of calling anyone and he/they needed to just stop calling. Force people, force. Don't let them control you. Take control of the situation right from the very second you answer the phone. Don't give into their tactics. They may try to scare you into submission, but remember, YOU hold all the cards and YOU have the upper hand and the high ground. Okay, enough cliché's. Just take control and tell them to fuck off at the end and hang up. You'll feel better trust me. And god forbid anyone crosses your path in the following few minutes. haha.
It's only been an hour, but we'll see if this worked or not.
Based on most of the posts; this call is from a scammer related to a TV offer purchase. I recently purchased HD night driving glasses and the next day these unsolicited calls started. 6 in the past 24 hours. They do not leave a message. I never answer a call from an "unavailable name" with an 866 number. If they really want to "verify" anything, then they will leave a message! I have add this number to call block so I will only get half of a ring.
This number called saying they were one razor to verify my address and credit card number and I would get some savers magazine and free $100 in vouchers for gas. I told the guy I was not giving my credit card number over the phone he persisted that he needed to verify the card number for the package to be shipped. I told him I was already charged for my package and shouldn't need it again. My boyfriend even got on the phone and told him we didn't want it and he kept repeating the offer. Finally he got really nasty and said he wouldn't send it and hang up on him. We then called the number in one razor website for costumer service and they said they were a company that works with them and many other companies and connected me with them. The guy there said they were supposed to offer the extra service not force it on me. They were only given my address and last 4 numbers of my credit card and if I wanted the extra offer I would need to give it to them.
get called 5 times a day - not answered once. Never leaves a message. Calls all times of day and evening.
when you buy something from them, they have information from you. They will call you and try conform something from you and then they will take money on your credit card.
I ordered a chillow a couple days ago and got multiple calls from them today.
I tried to order Flex Seal, the people that holler on TV about their "Miracle" sealant. Yet to receive it. Now I have been bugged by TELEPHONE SOLICITORS trying to sell me a bridge to the moon, the Brooklyn Bridge and Lava surfing excursions. They cause me to cancel my debit card that I used to order their stuff with. Shipping charges are more than the price of the product. Stay away from them.
Ordered a Switchblade trimmer a few days ago and the calls from this number have started to come in. Caller ID only says Toll Free and I don't answer those calls. They didn't leave a message. Received another call early this morning and didn't answer. I have since added their number to my blocked list.
These people are rude, there has to be a way to stop this type of calls
the phone range at 8:15 AM Sunday morning and I thought they are prohibited from calling on Sundays, period!!! I didn't answer. Sunday is a day when people are busy trying to get ready for church, including us, and a day free of these pesky callers. They need to be reported and fined heavily!!!
Ordered a Funloom from the web and these guys called back with the "offer" to give me $100 of gas coupons. I was agreeable up until they wanted me to read them mu MC number to "confirm"" my master Card at which point I decided that it was a scam and told them to get lost. They were still talking when I hung up.
Got four calls in the span of ten minutes. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer. If they don't leave a message, I don't call back. Called again this morning, but only once. I ordered something online a couple days ago and from reading other comments, it seems to be connected with that. I blocked them, so if they call again, I'll never know!!!!
if you have comcast telephone service follow these instructions to get the number blocked. turn your phone on until you hear the dial tone. enter *60. follow the prompt to ADD numbers to your list. Type the number 1-866-379-2003. Listen for the confirmation the correct number has been added. Make sure the call screening feature on your phone is turned on. You can always call the comcast customer service number to help assist you if you are unsure about how to do it yourself.
I got a call from this number, asking me about some credit card purchase. I didn't know anything about it and told them that. The caller hung up. Caller ID showed it as QRI.
I purchased FlexSeal spray online.
This is a "marketing" caller, hired by FlexSeal "to confirm my shipping address". Yeah, right. They wanted to "give" me $100 in gasoline vouchers for signing up to some marketing scheme for $1.
Oh, please? Can I? Can I give you my email address too? Maybe you guys could arrange to have every piece of spam known to mankind delivered to my inbox, many times over, in perpetuity?
Asked them to add me to their "do not call" list. The guy said he would place my name on their "internal" do not call list.
F$%K FlexSeal. Never again. TV Products can go to Hades.
Stop calling !!!!! Get me off your List !!
Frustrated Oct 17th, 2013
I have received 4 calls from this number in 2 days. They will not leave a message on the answering machne...it is very annoying.
I called the number back and got a funny "blooping" noise....and they knew my name...they said "HI S----" I just hung up.
Have received numerous calls from this number over the last few weeks and just tonight decided to answer (not recognizing the number) to tell them not to call. Turns out to be QRI with the same "budget savers" free $100 gas voucher, $30 a month program unless I cancel in 30 days program. Had to tell them 4 times that I did not want to sign up, don't send me the gas voucher and take me off your call list. These calls are a result of my order of Cutting Edge grass seed. They will be hearing from me too. They are extremely persistent, talk fast to try to confuse you and sign you up immediately before you know what hit you (they did not like my slow pace or questioning :) Thanks for everyone's comments and this forum. It's very helpful!
Ordered a Chillow Pillow a week ago. Received email notification today that it finally shipped. And now I get a phone call from this number. Since I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer. I suspected when they wanted my phone number last week to complete the order that I might be getting more than I bargained for. We'll see how many times they call.
I've had calls from this number at 2 am!! I called them back to tell them to stop calling but I think they roped me into their stupid voucher program...
mad customer Sep 12th, 2013
who is this what do they want,
Numerous daily and evening calls. Caller ID says QRI. Definitely a nuisance. Would like them to stop.
This is a company who under the guise of Flexseals "order confirmation", pushes a discount voucher program. They offer a hundred dollars in gas vouchers initially, but then they charge 1 dollar for the 14 day discount program trial, after that they charge your credit card $29.95 per month. I told them they could send me the $100 in gas vouchers, but I was not obligated to pay the $1 or enter their program, the rep the said they would keep the vouchers. They are not part of Flexseal, but are from a Company called Quality Resources. Very disappointing also my order with Flexseal, they could not send two different colors in the same box, and you had to order the second can bonus offer for an additional $10, thus making 2 cans a cost of $40 with S&H, probably would cost $8-10 if sold in a hardware store. Hope this helps everyone
Yes, after ordering Flex Seal, I received the same call from this number 866-379-2003. Someone stated that it was Budget Saver and that they wanted to send me a gas voucher. They also give me another phone number to contact 800-475-1942
. They wanted my credit card information and street address over the phone. I told them I had given all that information on the internet when I ordered flex seal.
I ordered two Chillow pillows off their website and something from HSN. I'm not sure which of those orders tipped off this barrage of calls. They called 5 times on Tuesday, 6 times yesterday (Wed.) and once so far this morning (Thurs.). I have the Number Guru app on my phone that blocks the call so that it doesn't ring and they're not able to leave a message. However, it still shows as a missed call. It's annoying to keep checking your missed calls only to find out it's these idiots calling again. After this morning, I went into my Sprint account and blocked the number there. So now they won't even be able to get as far as my phone.
They called to confirm a chillopillow order and wanted to sell me a "free gas voucher". I denied it and he still wanted to send it to me. After about 10 tries I got him to understand I didn't want it and he ended the call. I spoke to an elderly gentleman who was very nice but was confused and really didn't know how to react to me when I said no
Been receiving calls from this number for several weeks, calls numerous times (6-8 times)per day, I just want them to stop!
They keep on calling. I am refusing to answer because I've read all of the comments posted. Do they ever stop calling?
THESE PEOPLE ARE PESTS HAVE CALLED ME 3 TO 4 TIMES A DAY IN THE PAST 3 DAYS. I JUST DO NOT ANSWER.UGH!!!
I called them back, said they were calling to thank us for our recent purchase from ConcertTickets.com. They also signed me up for some coupon service. "Automatically" of course. I'm guessing it is a catch all call center.
Unknown, didn't answer, no message
I purchased concert tickets from Metro Entertainment. They're now calling daily and repeatedly from this number; I took their call by mistake this morning. Wanted to verify my mailing and billing address for the tickets, saying I'd be receiving them in a few weeks even though I received them about two weeks ago. What a joke. They were wanting to send me free gas vouchers and after 30 days if I didn't want to continue the plan I'd have to call a toll-free number, otherwise my credit card would be billed. Told rep I wasn't interested, she ignored me and went on about that I'd save SO MUCH money, again said I wasn't interested, again she ignored me. Then she transferred me to get an identification code for the unwanted mailing, so I hung up. They continue to call but as of tomorrow the phone number will be blocked. Go into Ripoffreports.com and you'll find many complaints about this company. I only found this company because it gave the appearance of being the provider of tickets for the organization where the concert will take place. Very misleading. I'll never give them my business again.
I let it ride for a couple of days. They are blowing my phone up like crazy. What do they want? I don't care. Seems everyone here is in agreement, they need to stop. They won't even leave a message. Shows up in my caller ID as QRI. Well, I suggest you do what I did, Call Block. Most phone systems have it, and there are tons of apps for Smarty Pants phones. The app I have blocks the call, doesn't ring my phone, but keeps a record of the call. Perhaps the folks at QRI would like for us to report them to the FCC, or our Congressmen and Senators, no company should be allowed to call you more than twice, without at least the courtesy of a voicemail message! So, just CALL BLOCK them.
I have been receiving these for the last few days 10-12 a day, ugh , What do I do?
Fortunately I have caller ID so I can screen nonsense like this. I never answer a call if I don't recognize the number or don't want to talk with them.
4 to 5 calls daily for last 2 weeks
Stop Calling. You are a pest, annoying and a disturbance. My number is a no call phone. Delete my number from your data base.
Leon Ejercito May 23rd, 2013
People Finder sold my number to these sons of bitches.
Ryan Brenizer May 22nd, 2013
Stop calling. I do not know what you are selling, but with your annoying tactics I would not buy anything from your organization. Stop calling! Thank you
Dolores Black May 21st, 2013
These people started calling me today and have called probably 12 times today. Waking a sleeping baby is enough to make ones blood to boil! Take me off of the list. I am on the "No Call List"
Bonita Holcomb May 15th, 2013
Called this number and got the phone number to talk to a real person. After being transferred twice, I finally got a "Shonda" who was in charge. Told her in no uncertain terms they were scammers and that if the charges were not removed from my 18 year old daughters credit card - they would be hearing from AG of Oklahoma. Charged her $3 for "coupon saving plans". I asked why would she pay for coupons - they coe in the paper on Sundays for free. Then she said they are contracted by Online products (in this case ChilloPillow, to verify and protect them from identity theft...HA! Anyway, after I repeated that this was a scam about 15 times and telling her I that I would go to the AG - she agreed to remove the charges and camcel order. Told daughter to never, ever, give anyone any info...EVER!
These idiots have called my cell 4 to 5 times per day over the last 2 weeks. Based on other responses, the mistake I made was ordering something from tv.
These people call me at least 4 times a day--Mon thru Sat. They have called at 9;20 at night. I don't answer phone. I'm 75 years old and not able to get around very well. It is very annoying. I would appreciate it if something could be done to stop these calls. thank-you
Mary McAndrew May 04th, 2013
I receive a minimum of 6 calls per day from this number. They discovered my home number also but I was able to block that one.
This is getting right down annoying calling all day and when I get home from work I can see how many times they have called and it doesn't even stop 10:00 at night quit calling you jerks.
These annoying people started calling me 3x a day (even on Sunday) after I applied for the following system advertised online and on TV.
Tummy Tuck® Slimming System
PO Box 8349
Van Nuys, CA 91409
Please stop calling me!!!
Mary Kay J Apr 11th, 2013
I have been getting calls 3 and 4 times per day for the last several months! I am on the No Call List. Please eliminate this number 866-379-2003 from my number!!! Thank you SueAnn
Continuous calling...4 times in one hour, 8 times in one day. I am on the DO NOT CALL list, but they have been calling all week & I am tired of it, 17 calls in a few days. I haven't answered one call & I don't intend to. They never leave a message & hang up always on the 3rd ring before it goes to my answering machine. PLEASE take me off of this list!
We are sick and tired of these annoying phone calls!!!!! Stop!!!!! Remove my number from your call list
I ordered a product to detail my truck called Wipe New. The number 866 379 2003 came up on my phone 12 times in 3 days but no message was left. I called and a man ID'd himself as Chris stated they were trying to reach me to confirm my address was correct so the product could be mailed. When I asked why they would call 12 times and not leave a message he said it is not their policy to leave messages. I told him it will be my policy to never order any of their products ever again. He apologized and hung up.
I want me number removed from QRI calling list.
Denita Davis Feb 20th, 2013
Received 3 calls from this #, I ordered Miracle Skin Transformer online over the wkend, from what i'm reading could be the reason for spamming phone calls.
We receive 2-3 calls per day, but they hang up without leaving a message.
I received 4 calls from this # today. I called it back and they answered and said my name. It was about some tickets that I purchased and they were trying to give me $100 gas vouchers. I asked them to please stop calling me and the man said that he would put my name down as a no and have them stop calling. I guess we'll see.
Did not answer. Did not leave message. CID says QRI
I ordered a set of wraptastic about 40 mins. ago I only wanted one container for SARAN wrap and one for reynolds aluminum foil. The recording has my order with my Visa Card number. Problem is they tried to sell me everything under the sun THAT I DO NOT WANT. PLEASE CHECK TO SEE IF YOU HAVE COPY OF MY ORDER AS I TRIED TO GIVE IT TO THE DUMMY RECORDING.
Jack Fentress Jan 18th, 2013
I keep getting calls from this number....Gonna block now.
QRI showed on caller id. Multiple calls trying to get credit card number for some kind of scam gas voucher.
Geri Gannaway Jan 10th, 2013
I have gotten about thirty calls from this number in the past two months. I am extremely annoyed. I would like to know if there is a number I can call to get myself taken off the list. If I don't answer the phone they leave me messages. It's so stupid!! Can anyone help me
Yup, this is a scam. They wanted to charge me for some bull reagrding gas vouchers or something. They knew about a recent purchase I made for a "as seen on tv" product from Idea Village Inc. Will call them directly.
This number is now "playing tag" with another number (919.594.6244). The 866 number calls and hangs up; the 919 number calls with the sales pitch.
This is a total scam. They wanted to verify delivery of concert tickets I purchased. I had seen this website before I answered so instead of verifying any personal information, I asked each time why they needed to verify by phone when the shipping address was different than the one she kept giving me and why they needed to call when it was verified by email with a signature for pickup. She had no answer besides to verify the tickets so I requested that my name be taken off of their call list.
This outfit calls everyday...4 or 5 times a day...beginning at 9:00 am and ending at 9:00 pm. They hang up on the 3rd ring. Never leaves a message. I tried to call the number on caller ID back and all I got was a recording that the number could not be dialed as given. I am so tired of the phone calls interupting every part of our day. Can't something be done? The Do Not Call list seems not to work at all.
I got repeated calls from this number. Finally called them back. Same scam - said it was the company I ordered something from on the internet and wanted to send me $100 in free gas coupons and then have me sign up for a $29.99 charge to my credit card for "free coupons" month. I told them NO NO NO. I couldn't get this guy off the phone. They are scammers who pick up phone numbers from so-called 'secure" internet transactions. If you get a call from this number, block it!
Just got a call from this number and called it back. They claimed to be a company that I just ordered via the internet from and they wanted to give me $100 in coupons for $1 and then every 30 days my credit card would be hit for $29.99 if I did not call to cancel. I vehemently refused to let them do the $1 for $100 in coupons so that the $29.99 would automatically start after 30 days. It took a little convincing on my part, but he agreed not to do anything and just ship me my order.
Just called the number back. A girl picked up and said my name. I asked her who she was and she said she was calling to verify my address for my recent "Stompees" purchase. I told her that since i plced the order securely online and had the order number, that there was no need to verify anything to her. I then revealed to her that i knew what she was attempting to do (sell me something else) and i was not, nor will i ever be interested. I told her that her compny is never permitted to call me again. Then i just hung up.
Extremely loud dial tone left on my machine every evening.
whenever you buy anything from tv or the internet such as I purchased a product, "Tummy Tuck" you start getting bombarded with all this calls from this number....
This number called me 6 times when I finally answered. "Betty?" the caller asked. No...no Betty here. She asked if I ordered a skin tag remover. No...there's such a thing? I hope they don't call back.
Company called me 3 times last night while I was SLEEPING! When I called back, they said, "Hello Lena".. wtf? It was like a creepy phone call in a horror movie!! I said ,"who is this?"... she spoke so quickly I couldn't understand what she was saying except she wanted to charge my credit card $1 in addition to my recent purchase of "Wipe New", which I did order days ago after seeing it on TV. I told her that all I wanted was what I ordered and nothing more. She was quite persistent and I had to be as well. I got off the phone winning. Just tell these people they are not authorized to charge you for anything.
Calls started after ordering Michele Merciers detangling brush. Said they were verifying my address and wanted to send $100 gas voucher (declined, nothing is ever free). Hopefully no more calls now that I called back. She wasn't pushy but I don't like the fact that they call 4 times a day with no message.
Have been getting these calls since I ordered reusable coffee cups for coffee maker. Noticed someone else on here had same thing happen to them.
talked to nice girl asked if they were affiliated with 866-379-2003 she said yes and I asked her to take my number off their list and she said she would ..........we will see.

I've gotten calls from 866-379-2003 about 3 times today. They never leave a message. I'm thinking these are politically related?? Either way, they can call all they want. If I don't know who it is, I'm NOT answering! Leave a message if it's so important! Until then, they can BITE MY ASS!!
BonerDoner Oct 15th, 2012
6 calls just yesterday about 14 in the last 5 days...
This is horrible.
I would love to know how they got my number?
Same experience. 3-5 calls at all times of day. I called the number back as they NEVER leave a message. Yes, they answer "Hello MYNAME" and went into the schpeel. Ordered Tummy Tuck, verify address, sending you $100 gas voucher". I said "Thank you. Not interested, please don't call this number again". He was very nice, said he was adding to internal do not call and it would be off within 24 hours. Said they are not a bank or credit card company but a third party sales service. We'll see if it works. I REALLY hope so!
We don't answer hardly any calls if we don't recognize the caller ID. Mostly politicians nowadays.
I have been getting calls from this number off and on for two weeks, sometimes 3x a day. I have never answered it. I frequently order off the internet but have never encountered this before.
i ordered reusable brewing coffee cups yesterday and the phone has not stopped ringing i looked up qri and i have seen all the complaints i have not answered my phone and wont. i will never order on the internet again.
Constant calls from this number. I won't answer....
Called a couple of times, but didn't leave a message on the answering machine.
This call came in after I placed an order with Michelle Mercier's company. After listening to my phone ring for days, many of these calls during dinner, TV and late into the night, we finally answered. This last call lasted several minutes during which the caller talked very fast. I have no idea what I might have agreed to. I just wanted to get this guy off the phone. I order off the internet to avoid these calls so this is very annoying.
Here's a bit of information that maybe will be of some help to the people living in TN a least. Call screening all you have to do is dial *60 it will take up to 12 numbers. Also *77 to activate anynoums recgionion.

They call our home every two or three hours ALL DAY LONG - starting at around 8:30 AM and ending near 10 PM. Won't leave a voice mail message, they hang up. Called the number back and get the busy signal.
Here is one of the persons that call you on 866-379-2003 and keep calling you when you have asked them not to. SO if YOU wqnt to call a Telemarker call JOSH at 1-866-434-6600
. Let JOSH know how you feel about his company calling you.
Has called twice today. We are on the do-not-call list and since this # is flagged as a solicitor...hope they stop calling!
Louis, you won't succeed in "legal action" when you don't even realize that your caller does not maintain this site or this web page. You will not get compliance with your orders until you deliver them DIRECTLY to your caller. Your caller cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments.
Resident47 Jun 30th, 2012
STOP CALLING ME OR I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION
I called back and it was supposedly a verification of the "ship to" address for a recent purchase. And then started the spiel for some 14 day trial of a special discount for only $1.00, $29.95 a month if I didn't cancel before 14 days 2as up. $120 in free gas vouchers, etc, etc. Being a firm believer in "if it looks too good to be true..." I declined. No one gives you $120 in free gasoline for $1 without a catch somewhere.
Incoming call from 866-379-2003 at least twice daily. Caller does not leave message--hangs up after my outgoing message. Extremely annoying.
ive received calls from this number too. i dont answer unknown numbers either.
plus receiving calls from weird cell phone numbers. no messages. but they're calling
at least 7-8 times thru the day. grrrr! they jus wont give up! cant be
that important !!
They are so persistent! I never answer unknown numbers, I guess I will just have to wait it out until they lose interest in my number. I've been getting several unsolicited calls from different area codes too lately, some online sale (or maybe show tickets) must have sold my number :(
I just returned from my lunchbreak at work and the receptionist told me some lady called asking for me. When she told her I wasn't in, she then started asking if I had a husband, kids and other personal information. It freaked out the receptionist and she recorded the phone number from the caller ID. I just checked that number on this website. Why in the world would a telemarketer call my work and ask about my family. Stalker! Not sure who to report this to.
Well after I read many comments I've decide to call them thru home phone, however "the phone number does not exit" but I called them back from my cell and they answered right away, they don't give me information what was all about, maybe beacuse they were looking for somebody that wasn't me. So, I did request to put my phone number in "Not Caller list". Will see if they really stop.
They are a boiler room that got our number from a concert ticket purchase.
Didn't answer, no message. Called several times the past few days
unknown, didn't answer, no message, hangs up, call back is busy signal,
