They called twice today, left no message. Obnoxious, have mailed us and we don't choose to respond. Supposedly on no call list!

I used their services 5 or more years ago. Recently received card in Snail mail saying that they would be back in the area for screening. Legitimate in my case even though I don't plan to use their services again.

Annoying is not the word for it! Calls from 800-909-4576 are one of many unauthorized calls we get almost daily. My wife and I have been on the federal no-call list since it's inception. I have registered complaints before, but the calls continue unchecked. I have also tried to get our number removed from these lists on my own, but gave up on that too. Now, I simply click the answer button on the first ring and then hang up immediately.

Unfortunately, these calls will never stop until the feds decide to do their job by furrowing out and prosecuting scum bags like this. The laws are already in place to protect average citizens like us. They're just not being enforced. Imagine that!

I didn't pick up and whoever called (of course) didn't leave a message. It makes sense that it could be Lifeline Screening. I used their screening services once about 5 years ago, checking artery blockage, etc. with ultra-sound, did EKG, etc. Like others posting here my insurance doesn't cover "preventative healthcare" so I had to pay the entire bill. I think their prices are reasonable compared to what I see billed on my insurance claim forms for other providers. I recently received a notice in the mail from them alerting me that they will be in our area, which I ignored. I guess they are trying to drum up business. In this case (for me) it is a legitimate call, even if it is annoying. I wish these telemarketers would leave a message but they probably have more success calling people that answer automatically and then "persuading" them to sign up.

Knowing (from this forum) that it is Lifeline Screenings, I remembered that they had done a screening on me a number of years ago. I called them back and asked them to remove me from their calling list, since I now have excellent medical coverage elsewhere.

I got a call from that number at 6 a.m. this morning. Woke me out of a sound sleep. By the time I jumped out of bed and ran for the phone, the caller had hung up.

If it is Lifeline screenings, they are the people that do ultrasounds on you to see if you have Carotid Artery and Femoral artery blockages. They do a few other non-invasive screenings and medical tests as well. You get a printout. They use moonlighting medical techs and nurses. They call to set up appointments when they are in your area. They aren't too expensive, but are not usually covered by health insurance and they only charge for what you want done. One way they get your name initially it through your AAA (Auto Club) membership. I had the screenings done some 20 years ago when I didn't have health insurance and wanted to check some things out inexpensively. I now have insurance and get my screenings through a regular doctor but they still send out notices and call. There are some things a regular doctor won't screen for so Lifeline does serve a purpose I think.

Left no message, had no idea who they are. When I called back, a message said Lifeline screenings. The strange thing is that the number on the caller ID showed: 118009094576 Name Not Found

Calling my home phone about every two hours for the last two days. Never leaves info and if you do answer hangs up. Is this Lifeline again? I have told them not to call this number but they don't care...

They call me 2-4 times a day and say nothing. Then it goes to busy signal.
I called them back and was put on hold. It then goes to busy signal. They must be stopped.

Customer support claimed that someone with my phone number made a request. They said they'll take me off their call list.

Just search for lifeline screening since many of their numbers have more detail, including
