I get these calls each time I place and order. I spoke to a live person regarding these calls and requesting they email me if there is a problem only. She assured me that it would be stopped. Not so fast, i got another call today. I will say that if they feel compelled to call then for good ness sakes leave a message.
Medco / Express Scripts with message about a Medication being processed or shipping date.
It would be nice if they did ID themselves.

Got calls from numbers I don't recognize. This is one. 800-903-3589. Did not call this number back.
Washington May 30th, 2012
The number truly is medco; they left a number with a different call back toll free number & knew who was calling, the date of my doctor's office visit with the proper prescription. The last time I checked this number it was the inmate "toll free", but not to the receiving party, from the Warren County, PA. Having talked with a live rep tonite, suggested they have their number listed as medco vs. 800 services. Any doubt when the call comes in, don't answer, but their call back number is legit. CaP
This is Medco Pharmacy. Love there prices Hate the non stop calls

It's too bad we have all gotten to the point of never picking up 800 calls b/c of the assholes who abuse it. Legit calls like Medco get tossed in with the rest. They SHOULD I.D. properly, though.
it was MEDCO. A recorded message left on my voice-mail that was informative. A real person or an email would be nicer but was not a trash call.
This is the mailorder pharmacy Medco. They were calling to confirm my prescription was being sent after United Healthcare forced me to start using them or lose coverage. It is legit.
If it is Medco then they need to leave a message if you don't answer. Got call this morning and ignored it on purpose. I use Medco because KY insurance requires me to. These calls from pharmacies, any of them, are highly annoying. I don't need a call when you've got my email address.
Companies may not know that their calls aren't being recognized. Also, their calls may be recognized in some locations (and by some receiving carriers) and not others.
If you can, send them an email telling them who called you, where you are located, who your telephone carrier is, and what your Caller ID showed.
They may be able to have their carrier fix the promlem.
Yes, it's definitely Medco Pharmacy. My doctor approved my medication and Medco was alerting me that the order was being filled. It would be nice if the caller ID would recognize them. I would have picked up the phone! :)

A call from Medco. It was a confirmation for a previously ordered Presc. of mine. This is the first time that they have CALLED me for notification of confirming a prescription order. They usually send me an e-mail.
Maybe their computers were down.??.
The call is from MEDCO, they really should show the true ID. I don't answer unknowns or 800 anything.
Call from Medco about prescription i had placed.
It's Medco. An automated message to state they rec'd the fax from my dr's office and when the order would be shipped out.
Medco robo-call, annoyingly calling to verify info they have on file already and used just a few days ago. They hold your drugs for ransom until you call back and say "Yeah, that's STILL my address, send my prescriptions already." Legit, but stupid.

Legit call from MEDCO confirming RX order/ship. I also received a confirming email, which should have been notification enough. If CALLER ID displayed "MEDCO" I would have picked up.
Yes, call is from Medco even though caller ID says name unavailable. Don't know why they do not show the name. I had a message on my recorder from them re my prescription update.
Called twice in two hours. Did not leave message.
Initially blocked number, then discovered from MEDCO, a (too) large mail order pharmacy. Placing anonymous calls inappropriate practice for a legitimate company.
My former employer recently changed its coverage of drug costs to MEDCO requiring all beneficiaries to use MEDCO exclusively, or face a high co-pay for each prescription. MEDCO bad ('mal') practices extend beyond this one example. Employers should be discouraged from using MEDCO until internal practices brought up to standard.
This is a legitimate phone call from Medco, concerning mail order rx. w w w . m e d c o . c o m
You can call them at 877-842-6048
It was a recorded message from Medco concerning a prescription of mine.
Legit call from Medco letting me know my script was on its way. Best way to handle 800 calls is let it go to message. Legit callers will leave a message, the rest can go choke.
Didn't pick up, thought it was a bill collector. Turns out it was MEDCO. Just started using them for prescriptions. Call is legit.
Didn't answer, let machine pick up. Was a recorded message from Medco saying prescriptions were ready.
as of 24 Feb 2010, the number APPEARS to be the MEDCO Prescription automated calling services to advise that prescriptions are being sent. The caller id just indicates '800 Service' to alleviate this matter, enter the 800-903-2589
MEDCO calling to advise on a prescription's status. Entered the # into phone book, so it will indicate Medco in future.
Received call 2-12-2010 aprox 10:10AM EST USA.
Call had nothing to do with Medco business. Caller did not identify himself, and was simply mocking me by repeating my words. Childish. Probably one of any number of people who has a grudge with me and wanted to try to rattle my cage. Either the number no longer belongs to medco, it was somehow hacked, or they have a real personnel problem at Medco
Didn't answer, but suspect based on the other comments here, its likely Medco.
On the upshot, that means my pills will be here soon. Which is good, cause I used the last prescription in about 2 and a half days! Waiting the rest of the month sucks!

Medco Mail-In Pharmacy is calling to say my prescription is being processed, after they requested information from a doctor
Call and no answer, saying hello 3 times. Most likely Medco just wish they would freaking have someone there to talk to instead of call with silence.
Legitimate caller. Medco Mail-In Pharmacy is calling to verify your prescription.
Did not say anything when I picked up and said HELLO 3-4 times. Hate that. TALK to me if you're going to call! But looking at the other's responses...I do have Medco. Wonder what they want now?

Got a call message from above # (703-880-6100) it was for cancer research. Also call listed from Texas (it was Sears), call from Mexico it was for a medicine company.
So can anyone research these #'s I get calls from? 804-234-9010
, This is driving me nuts....I called the phone company and I would need to block any private incoming call, however members of my family have "private" numbers soooooo I would still like for them to call me.
Is there a website that the above unwanted phone numbers can be reported???? Please help and report the above numbers. Thanks...

Medco called me today from this number to let me know they'd gotten a fill order from my physician and were shipping it in four days. Problem is, I haven't seen a doctor in several months, haven't had any prescriptions filled in over two years, and have never gone through Medco. We shall see...
a valid call regarding medco meds. 10 29 08
Call was legitimate From Medco Pharmacy to verify my shipping address. I was on phone and could not answer.
This is Medco Prescriptions calling you regarding a recent order you may have placed, info on doctor's approvals, etc.
