This number has been calling, NO it has been STALKING me every day for a month. If I do not answer they leave the exact same voicemail to call Troya Taylor back at 800-807-7809 regarding a debt collection. If I do answer, it's still the exact same robo-message with NO option to speak to a human being. Out of extreme frustration and to tell these people off as I do NOT owe any debts, I called the number back. I could not even get connected to the so called person named Troya Taylor. In fact, before speaking to any human-they disconnected the call on me... I have not seen anything but negative information about Transworld Systems, Inc online. I will be blocking their number at this time. Should they be legit, they can mail me documentation.

Strange. If I google this phone #, this site & others like it say this # belongs to NCO. BUT, the message they [verbally] left on my voicemail says they are Transworld Systems, & that I should call this # & ask for Ms. Taylor!!!

Are NCO & Transworld the same company/subsidiaries? Maybe a recent merger?

I've run across phone #s used by debt collectors from different company names before. Do they somehow pool our phone #s & whoever makes contact gets the account to try to collect on?

Received a call from an Internal Voice Response system 'If you are XXX hit 1'. I do and hold music. Another IVR 'This call maybe monitored for training purposes'. Another minute of cheesy low quality hold music. An Operator 'This is Patty with NCO Financial, are you XXX?'. Me: 'Not giving any personal information to an unknown party'. Needless to say this company has been stopping just short of threatening me with physical violence over a 20 bucks. Long story short, if you call the number back you'll go to first level support and deal with people who aren't sociopaths.

I have received several calls from these people, and I still don't know why...when they call, they want all kinds of information to "verify that they are talking to The right person" without ever telling me what they are calling in regards to or why, and I refuse to give
my birthdate, social security number, address, mothers maiden name, etc. To people that I don't know and refuse to tell me what their call is regarding...horrible business practices.

NCO Financial. What makes the call illegal is that I am in bankruptcy and have a legal stay in effect. They didn't leave a message.

Only received a partial voice mail message w/ the last few digits of a call back number, and then the number was repeated. Googled it, and found out it's NCO Financial, a debt collection company w/ a reputation for very unscrupulous tactics. If they call back, I will send a cease and desist letter.

In case you are getting calls from the wonderful people at NCO Financial Systems. You should read some messages people have posted about this company. Apart from having to pay $1.5 million to settle Federal Trade Commission charges that it violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), there are also many many claims of state and federal violations of legislation like the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
