I have been trying to get us off their list for 3 years. When I try to talk to them about it, they hang up on me.

I have been getting calls from Diamond Enterprises telling me that, after ordering certain adult merchandise from another reputable company, that i would be recieving a free video, for being a preferred customer but then the salesperson wanted me to buy magazines (Playboy, Maxim, etc) and when i refused, I guess I was no longer a customer in good standing because I never recieved the free video. WHAT A SURPRISE...NOT!!! I am going to keep an eye on my mail and bills fro any extra charges. i intend to notify the BBB if anything is not correct when and if I recieve the 'Free' products they had mentioned. Anyone reading these reports should be on the lookout if you have recieved any such calls or postcards.

I received a postcard saying that this was my final notice that I must call this number now but no other information.

Scam postcard received with 1-800-755-8329 on it. States "Service Notice - Final Attempt - Please call us at your earliest convenience regarding your FREE* video/DVD. Your call is required upon delivery. For additional information call 1-800-755-8329 - 20 or older Only! - *Does not include S/H." Clearly Playboy has sold people's information to some scam company, to which in turn I will be reporting Playboy to the BBB regarding this. The company involved is: Diamond Enterprises - AKA - Diamondvids, 1-800-755-8329, Customer Service: 1-800-598-6698, Fax: 1-209-472-7312, PMB #266, 4719 Quail Lakes Drive, Suite G, Stockton, CA 95207, E-Mail: cs@diamondvids.com, http://www.diamondvids.com/contact.html

For violating our privacy and illegally sending out mail to us (The Postal Service REQUIRES a return address listed) - Let the SCREAMING Phone Calls commence...

i was suckered into this scam. playboy, maxim, stuff, field and stream, better homes and garden, pertersons hunting, american fishing club, and vanity fair. plus many more magazines will sell your info and cc#'s to these scumbags. cancel all your subscriptions and mail your junk mail directly to the diamond enterprises. the magazines we have trusted for years, sell our information to these people for a quick buck. we have been put on lists just for getting a betterhomes and gardens magazine. that means not even your grandmother is safe from this scam. this is terrible.

Diamond Enterprises, PMB #266, 4719 Quail Lakes Drive, Ste G, Stockton, CA 95207 is sending postcards to anyone who has ordered from AdamAndEve.com.Diamond Enterprises sells "Adult" videos and is having what they call a 'promotion'. For $9.95, they will ship you a 'free Adult video'. The pre-sorted first class mail preprinted square (in lieu of a postage stamp) on the postcard confirms Stockton, CA as the originating city. Their website is: diamondvids.com. Throw away the post card and do NOT reply to the 1-800-755-8329 phone# if this company calls you.

I was one of there suckers and fell for there magazine scam. You can get the mags for a better price direct from the individual magazine publishers and pick the ones you want not the ones they offer. These guys are worse than a credit card company. As well, it is nearly impossible to get trough on there toll free number. They must have only one "operator standing by".

THEN, they sent a follow-up yellow post card stating "Service Notice --- final attempt --- call us at your earliest convenience regarding our special bonus video. Your call is required upom delivery. 20 or older only." I saw no indication that it was from Playboy or any other magazine.

Received a yellow postcard in the mail today marked as "Service Notice" with "Final Attempt" checked off and "Please call us at your earliest convenience regarding your bonus video. Your call is required upon delivery." Don't have and never had a Playboy subscription, so not really sure how this scumbag got my info. The postcard included NO return address (thought that was illegal...?) but does have a Presorted First Class Mail U.S. Postage Paid stamp from Stockton, CA, Permit # 280. I guess if you have a USPS postal permit, you're allowed to break the law by not including a return address?

Yes, same thing, on a yellow postcard forwarded from my old mailing address. Such a pitiful, thinly veiled Scamola! I can't have a bonus video if there was no first video. They don't even put the company name or address anywhere on the card.

I called the number and asked what company this was from. They wanted me to leave my number and someone would return my call. I again asked "What company is this?". I was told they couldn't tell me. I told them since they couldn't tell me what company it was then no I wasn't interested, and hung up.
