Spoke to man named Rick who was very helpful and seemed to have taken quite a few of these complaint calls. The 402-982-0705# belongs to CitiStream Communications, Inc in Omaha, NE. why not send the parent of the robocalls and unwanted calls some love? call 'em. at all hours. this time, the sucker knew the make of my car and my married name - too much information - and they need to be stopped. if we call the people who "sell" these numbers to the ones who call us, maybe digitcom will screen a bit better. if not, let's remind their corporate office that accountability is everywhere!

When I called TM Caller ID I asked for Trey Hernandez and explained the calls I'd been getting. I didn't realize yet I was speaking with Trey and he didn't identify himself as Trey. He transfereed me to David Nelson - david@tmcallerid.com and says that David handles complaints. I tried to reach David repeatedly and have ended up in his voicemail every time.

I did leave my complaint in the general voicemail box at TM Caller ID as well.

Since the other company contacts were listed on this thread I searched each of them on Whitepages.com and tried to reach anyone from TM Caller ID who would speak with me and help me.

Lucille returned my call, I explained I was trying to reach either John or Fred Accuardi about their company TM Caller ID. Lucille said that John Accuardi is deceased. Lucille Accuardi also says Fred Accuardi (listed above) is her nephew and she's not aware of another John Accuardi in the family. Lucille also confirmed the TM Caller ID connection. Earlier in the day Trey Hernandez had told me that John was not only alive and with the company but in the office today on 4/24. I called back and talked to Trey about what Lucille had said, Trey said that John Accuardi was indeed there, but in a meeting and he didn't know who Lucille was. Trey mentioned that John Accuardi goes by another name (I didn't catch the name, possibly his middle name?) That could be why Lucille didn't think there was another John Accuardi.

Firms like this only get away with it because not enough of us stand up and demand answers and accountability. I keep getting calls from this 7025201124 number for over 2 months now. It's gotten a little crazy. Istarted with pressing 2 to stop them and that didn't work so I started pressing 1 and yelling at them. Today was the end!!!! After some resorcefulness I located the company which distributes this number along with all them other little dumb numbers that keep calling us.

The company is Digitcom Services at first I thought they were based in Las Vegas NA(they still could be) but they also have a office in LA also. I called 310-358-7000 (supposedly an LA number) and demanded to speak to a supervisor. Of course they wanted to know if I had an account and that good stuff. I told them I have a complaint and I didn't care if I spoke to the President, VP, or the Owner but I needed to speak to someone immediately. After a few minutes I was connected to a gentleman by the mame of James. To whom I explained that I was trying to locate who distributed the number 7025201124 at which after a hearing a few keyboard cliks I hear "that is one of customer clients".
After hearing this I ask him if he part or associated with the one in Las Vegas NA he tells me no not at all. Then I tell him my name and phone number and that the number button pushing is old and that he needed to see that the calls were stopped immediately or I would file charges and I would see that they went against their customer along with them. So they were to stop NOW! He said that it would be taken care of immediately. I told him thank you and hung up.

Needless to say I go down my list of numbers that have called and I come to 757-990-8981 so I call this number 702-284-5000 (supposedly a Las Vagas number also by sheer coincedence is Digitcom Services). I again go through my little speal requesting a supervisor or owner who have you. How am I connected with but none other than James again. Which brought on a lot of questions ie:
Me: aren't you the one I just spoke with?
James: yes I beleive so.
Me: I thought you said you were part of the Las Vegas Digitcom?
James: No I didn't say that Mama we aren't well we don't I mean we have servers that run out of Las Vegas but that's it.
Me: So you are associated with them do not lie to me sir.
James: I'm not mama I filed your complaint and the calls will stop in 2 days max.
Me: How do I know I can beleive you? You just lied to me right off the bat.
James: If the calls don't stop call me back and We will take care of it again.
Me: No if the calls don't stop I will file charges it's that simple.
James: But other than that if you get a supoena we will give you numbers and the information that goes with them.
So I hope this took care of it on my end.

I'm getting calls from these numbers NONSTOP! Calls are coming from: 619-801-8143 & 619-801-8144. It's the SAME Scammers as 626-273-8240 and the calls are coming in at all hours of the day and night on both my home phone and my cell phone! For whatever reason, these numbers cannot seem to be blocked...

It's possibly a spoofed number though, as many of the calls from this area in Cali are actually being bounced out of India & the Phillipines through a system similar to Skype. Oh, and don't believe for a second that your Land or Cell Phone Provider can't track it back to it's ACTUAL location. That's pure B.S.! They can and will! It's just a matter of if they really want to be bothered with it & how much you pressure them to do it. Threats of legal action against them rarely work, but getting the Credit Card companies directly involved, as well as filing an actual complaint & actually seeking legal actions seems to work wonders to get them to get off their a**es to trace it back to it's place of origin.

I have since saved 619-801-8143, 619-801-8144 & 626-273-8240 into my phone as TM#-DoNotAnswer with a SILENT ring tone for them so I won't get woken up at 4 AM by these stupid scammer calls. I suggest others do the same for TM numbers, if your phone has the capabilities.

In what I've read so far on this website and other places in regards to these numbers, it seems to be attempted credit card fraud scam, and trying to get as much information as you can from these scammers to report it is very necessary.

I would really like to know how they obtained my name, address, phone numbers and the last 4 digits of my DEBIT card number, as I would love to sue the company that sold said information to them.

In the event that one of your Credit Card or Debit Card accounts shows any type of fraud, have them close the account immediately and issue you a new card and account number.

Sooner or later, if enough people complain and/or sue over these type of scams, the companies will have no choice but to act or risk losing all of their customers.

Since these types of calls have continued, I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB against all said companies involved, as well as contacting the FTC, FCC, and the Attorney General in each state to file formal complaints immediately.

I am glad to find that there is some information about this unsolicited number. Quite a number of my friends from different wireless providers have also received this scam.

I tried calling my wireless provider (Bell) to report this and they were not of any help. They just suggested that I add my number to the national do-not-call list. I am not pleased with the phone companies lack of involvement with these types of issues. I am unfamiliar with the legalities behind this.

In any case, I would like to know what steps I can take to report this particular scam. I read above that I can make a complaint to Federal Trade Commission in the US (which I shall attempt after posting this). Are there any other suggestions??

I received several calls from this number today. I have investigated this phone number and have found it to be registered to Digitcom Services. You can reach their active phone numbers at #310-358-7000 or #800-464-5446. The owner of the company is Steve Hamilton and the company is based in Los Angeles.

626-273-8206 Omega Group appeared on my caller ID, as it has many times before, and I registered a complaint and got a case number at the below DIGITCOM SERVICES, INC. Phone 310-358-7000 800-464-5446 Fax 310-437-4105. I believe it's the "renew your car warrantee" scam.

I was getting continues calls from 626-273-8209 & 626-273-8206 until I called the guys telephone company
which is Digicom Services their number is 1-800-464-5446 they blocked both of this persons numbers from being
able to call me again and I recommend they the rest of you call and complain as well. they also told me that they would
be calling me back if I had any more problems. and if we all complain to his telephone company to let them know what
a huge pain this guy is hopefully they'll even terminate his phone service all together. lets see this pest call with out phone service eh?

Why else would a *company* (as opposed to an individual) obscure their WHOIS information? Skyping the toll-free number on their contact page (1-800-464-5446) gets me an automated message mentioning "Wildgate for Digitcom customer support". I called Digital Services Inc. 800-464-5446)who provides the phone services for Tuscany Industries. They provided me with the number of Telephone Management 1-866-225-1956 to block the Tuscany Ind. calls. I don't know if this will work but I am desperate enough to give it a try.

Today I also contacted EBSCO Industries, who is overwhelmed with calls from angry consumers... They may or may not be related to the "Warranty Processing Center", but now, EBSCO is using employee resources to answer these calls. Unfair, maybe, but we're just doing warranted follow up (pun intended).

Consider giving Digitcom a call and politely ask them to help you make their client, the "Warranty Processing Center", desist from calling your number.

I called the carrier at 1-800-464-5446. They placed me on their do not call list, so hopefully it will stop. If calls INCREASE because I gave them my number, next step is FCC. Good luck all.

Hey guys! The company responsible for all of this is Wildgate Services (aka Digitcom Services- digitcom.net) out of Culver City, CA. Call them at once! Their # is 800.464.5446 and ask them for their address, if they'll even provide it. The next step is to Contact the FCC- the TCPA strictly states that they are NOT to deny you your right for a proper and legit location mentioned from the rep when they call you, but they've been giving false whereabouts and that is also a violation. I have calculated, under the TCPA, I am entitled NOW to $36,000 from these idiots and I am filing my small claims suit today! (it's only $55!!) Also, the FCC just may do that for you as well! :D

Make sure you log all calls and document the numbers, times, and dates and what happened in each call.. also, they are NOT allowed to deny you the right to a copy of their DO NOT CALL maintenance policy. ask for that next time and EACH time they call you, and log each denial or hang up from them, which just buries them even MORE!

Also, 562-289-8136 is a spoofed number--when you call it back you get a domestic line with people who have no idea why their number is ending up on "people's cell phones from all over the place."

According to a reverse directory, the service provider for 562-289-8136 is a company called Digitcom Services. Now, I'm not suggesting that everyone hound these guys. That would just be wrong. But, here is all of the contact information from their website:

All these numbers have called claiming my warranty has expired on my car. Guess what I HAVE NO CAR! I pressed one on every call to tell them not to call me anymore because, pressing 2 didn't work. I just got hung up on. Well I got curious so I did a reverse phone number look up on whitepages.com. All of these numbers are serviced by a company Digitcom Services. I Googled the company name and the website with a phone number to contact them came up. I called and said these people are harassing me and swearing and hanging up on me. She said that these numbers are inactive and no one was using them. I told her how is that if they just called me 15 minutes ago? These people called me and everyone knows what for. Warranty expired blah, blah, blah... Heres what I did. I did a reverse phone number lookup on whitepages.com and all it gave me was the phone service provider for the phone number. So I googled the companys name. Digitcom services located in West LA. I clicked on the contact us button and I called them using there toll free number and complained about the phone calls I was reciving from the company Tuscany Indus. they were providing services for. Called and spoke to Bidiana (employee ID 192) @ 800-464-5446 w/ Digitcom Customer Service. She put my cell phone number in Digitcom's database to prevent me from being called again. We'll see what happens

Calls from my brother show up with this caller ID number but no caller name. Often the calls fail also, with things like; one way conversation, static, echo’s, call completes but know one there which he then calls again and it might go thru or might not. He then calls on his cell and it works. I work for a local phone company and have done some research on this number it is owned by Digicom Services at 800-464-5446 who is a wholesale long distance company using VOIP trunks that are less then perfect. I believe that most of these calls if not all are due to poor quality service. I have not been able to get any satisfactory response from this company. I believe this has been an issue for over 6 months and they are not interested in fixing the problem.
