Here's an idea:
1) You can report this number to the AT&T annoyance call bureau at 1-800-348-8727. If enough people call and complain, AT&T has got to do something about it - though I just called and they said I have to deal with it through my own carrier's annoyance call bureau (I'd call AT&T anyway- then your own phone company)
2) Call these inconsiderate idiots (FIA) BACK! - dial *67 before their number to hide your own number, call back, get a real person - and tell them what you think of their illegal, annoying, harassing tactics. If enough people do this, I imagine eventually they'll get the message.

They call us 2-6 times a day also. It's annoying. I am currently a stay at home mom so I hear every call. I'm starting to ignore the phone. What's the point of having a phone line? After a few weeks with the calls coming more and more, I finally called them. The lady was very rude to me. She told me that my phone number must be new because in the computer it says that my home number is listed as a cell phone number, so some other person has this number. She said there is a glitch in the computer system and there is nothing she can do about it, though she was able to put a block on my number for the rest of the night. I asked to speak to a manager, but she said the manager couldn't do anything about it either. I asked to talk to a tech support person, but she said there isn't one. There's got to a be a way to take my number out of their computer system. When I told her that, she hung up on me. So I called back, but I must have gotten the same rude lady because all said was, "I have a problem that I hope you can help me with" and she hung up again. I am surprised to find out that this is a legitimate company... and how is what they do legal?

I couldn't take "there is nothing we can do about it" as an answer. So I called my phone company. We've had our phone number for over a year. What GE Money said was bunk. You do not need to change your phone number because another person already uses it as a cell phone number.

My phone company's rep. told me to call the Annoyance Call Bureau #1-800-348-8727. If they get enough complaints about this number, they will have police officers making a personal visit to their facility. Everyone call this number and maybe they will stop calling us.

I have wasted many phone calls to AT&T, they are about as bad or worse than BoA. After three separate long waiting periods and annoying computer voice handoffs and then reaching human beings they failed to tell me that my that their advise for use of the Screen Out Unwanted Calls feature (*60) does not work outside my calling area, i.e., does not work on almost all long distance calls. Unless I lived in the local calling area of the offending Utah Teleperformance company call center their is nothing can do about it.

I am a customer of both and own stock in BofA and I can see why our country is tanking. The arrogance of corporate America. I did finally get some useful info from the Annoyance Call Bureau 1-800-348-8727, but no need to call them probably. Two things to do stop calls now (within 72 hours) and in the next 5 years. As others may have already mentioned here, register with the national do not call part of the FTC (https://www.donotcall.gov/) and follow their email followup confirmation email to assure your number is registered. Save this info in case calls come in the future, heavy fines/day for offenders. Second and begrudgingly go to the Teleperformance web site ( http://www.teleperformance.com/USA/ContactUs/ContactUs.aspx?ekfrm=28924&ekmensel=402_submenu_0_link_5 ) to take your name and number off their calling list. I hate to even do that, but the phone calls would otherwise continue (possibly) for 30 days as FTC allows.
This kind of waste of my life is so madding, so with others help and my experience listed here maybe others can reduce the grief. Thanks to this website for helping me see that I was not alone.

Call your phone company and tell them you believe they are terrorists or an international ID theft ring. Tell them you want a criminal investigation started and give them the phone number. Explain you are on the DO NOT CALL list, they keep calling and are rude and will not give info to you. They will give you the annoyance area 1-800-348-8727. You can also call your police and FBI tell them you believe these are international id scam artists. Finally you can do a *57 which will trace that number and give you the option of providing it to law enforcement if your are willing to act as a witness to their attempt to scam you. Personally I say call the FBI and Police, see if your tax dollars do anything but go to the politicians. Ask the phone company if they are willing to tap your phone why not shut these guys down.

I've tried several times to get in touch with AT&T and they simply don't care. If there is anybody there who does, nobody knows to get in touch with that person. They basically 'won't take my word for it' and that I have to call my own phone company to make a formal complaint. (which I did and hopefully a few others did too)

Again, if you are with AT&T you can call 1-800-348-8727 to complain about the fellow AT&T subscriber that is making these calls.

It did not take me long to find this company. It is Inland Empire Ind Supplies. Thier direct number is 951-272-8084. Their toll free number is 800-219-7790. Feel free to call an harrass them should you feel the need! They call our home at all hours and when I answer, they are digrading and curse up a storm. I am in the process of filing a compliant with the phone company about them. 1-800-348-8727 is the number to file a complaint for harrassment. Dial #0#0 to go directly to an operator.
Lets work to get them shut down. Many complaints on the at bbb.org.

Received calls nearly every day for months. Finally called my phone company (AT & T) to ask them to block calls from that number to my phone. After sitting on hold with AT&T "customer service" for 45 minutes they referred me to the AT&T Annoying Call Service (800/348-8727) where I got absolutely no where. I talked to a very patronized person. As a last resort after talking to at&t, I called the number back and gave them the reference number. Of course, the were looking for someone else and said they would remove my number. We'll see. And I think the woman's accent sounded more Philipino than Indian.

This company has called my phone for about a month now. Gave a website, does not exist. Since there is no Ted, Alice, Bob, or Jayne in my house, I decided to call SBC my phone carrier.ACB (annoyance call bureau) 800-348-8727. Since I was registered with National Do Not Call Registry 888-382-1222, my phone carrier said that I have to file my complaint first to them. I did fill it out the form, they will contact me. Please go to www.donotcall.gov - Violators, if caught is subject to $11,000 fine, per incident. This caller also goes with the name of 800 SERVICES.

I just started to receive calls from both numbers. When I called with their reference nbr, they asked for my brother. I told them I will not give him the msg until I found out what this was all about. They said they wld continue to call. I said I would have my nbr changed. He said they would track me down with the new nbr, like they did with this one. I called AT&T ready to change my nbr, and they gave me their AT&T Annoyance Call Bureau nbr of 1-800-348-8727 to file a complaint on this

I'm getting them too - for ATT/SBC I called the annoyance call number at 1-800-348-8727. They will put a "trap" on your phone for two weeks, if the same number calls again they promise to help you stop it
