They charged $630 against my VISA card account and used Direct TV as the merchant. Direct TV shows no bill or transaction to my account for that amount. They ripped the VISA card off.

I am a customer of Directv and a very unhappy one at that. They leave you on hold when you have problems with your Tivo it's NEVER their problem it's "always something over my way" but for some reason they always have to come out and fix it because I have a 3month warranty everytime they come out. So thankfully everything that's happened has been on them. Which I've had the multi switch go out 3 times and they said lightning hit a ground block and was messing up my channels. I was transferred and transferred like 4 different times, all of these people telling me to do the same thing over and over and over... Very frustrating to say the least. I will be switching back to Dish Network (it's cheaper too) shortly.

Here's what I find ironic. They'll call you 3-4 times a week at any hour. Then when you call with a problem, they'll transfer your call and hang up on you (consistently). So when they call, I tell them they've called the wrong department, but I will be happy to transfer them to someone in another department who may have better information. Then I hang up. Pointless, but still amusing.

I am a customer of Directv. They called and were extremely high pressure trying to sell additional services. They wouldn't take no for an answer. Eachtime I told the woman I did not want to add anything, she would move on to another package. I couldn't get her off the phone. Finally I told her that apparently she couldn't hear me, so I was going to disconnect the call. I am really reconsidering if I want to be a customer of a company like this.

Even though I am a customer of DirecTV, I do not appreciate them calling me and I am on a do not call list. If you want to leave them speechless, as I did, just answer the phone by yelling, "What the f*** do YOU want?" Every time he said, "hello?" I yelled it again. Finally, I could hear him repeating my words to his coworkers, in dazed confusion, and I hung up on him. It was great fun.
