Called the number back after getting several calls for about a 2 week period.
The recorded message said it was Phillips Conooco.
Time to Opt Out with them.
Didn't realize I had already reported this -- apparently a long period of inactivity, now they're calling again. Often early (~ 8 AM), also weekends, and sometimes 4-5 times a day. My reasons for retaining a Conoco-Phillips card (if there ever were any), are shrinking day by day...
On advertising web-sites promoting Conoco-Phillips cards, the web site labels the source as "© 2009 Citibank (South Dakota), N.A."

called today at 7:20 AM I am on the west coast.

Call came to Kansas at 09:14 hours CDT on Tuesday, 6-10-08. Only rang twice and I did not answer, and no message left. Poster below advises caller tried to sell Conoco/Phillips ID protection, so I might mention that I, to, have that card.
They always seem to call when I'm not around, will only talk to me, and won't tell anyone else what they want.
But do carry a ConocoPhilips account, so the sales call idea might be correct...
Same as the first comment, also the repetitive calls.
caller says they represent ConocoPhilipps. They are selling ID Theft Protection service. NO THANKS.. They are persistent. Called several times a day for weeks...
