I had been receiving several calls from 716-462-4329
over about a month period. Not knowing the number and being at work I did not answer. Unfortunate for me, I did answer once, BIG MISTAKE! The gentlemen (I use the word loosely) on the line asked for a person other than myself at which time I told him I was not that person nor did I know them. Relentless is an understatement and rude, he continued to harrass me as to whether I knew that person and if not why would they have my number for them (??? really?) I finally did get very frustrated and told him that under no such circumstances to ever call my number again and hung up. After calming, I called the number myself to find out who they were and to inform them of the rudeness of one of their employees and to make sure my number was off their list. WOW, lets just say rudeness and belligerance is common practice with Monarch Resolutions, the "manager" I assume, I spoke with was 50x's worse than the first person! Incredibly immature and unprofessional attitude. If you have had the misfortune of having actual business dealings with this company, I AM VERY SORRY...mine was a wrong number on file but no one deserves that sort of treatment regardless of the situation!!
got call from them today claiming i had loan from the Navy that was taken out in 2004. Problem is I was officaily discharged in 2002. LOL called the NFCU and even contacted the Naval Department.

and told them that every time they called me it was costing me money because I use a track phone. I said that they had opened themselves up to a class action lawsuit if enough of us got together on this thing. I'm tired of the harassment and the lost service time on my phone.
We have been receiving calls from ARM and an associated company in Panama City, Panama for about two years. They are attempting to reach someone named XXX and no one here has that name. These calls started when we moved into a new area and got a new phone number. We continuously tell them there is no one here by that name, to stop calling, and to remove our phone number from their call list. No joy. We have recorded their calls, logged the times and dates, contacted the local police, the state attorney general, the phone provider, etc. Still no luck. Finally, we got names and numbers of senior executives at ARM, and have contacted them. We will probably attempt a certified letter to stop, again I expect no luck. HOWEVER, we do have the home addresses of the senior executives and they are not that far from us. The US legal system is ineffective and is forcing us into additional aggressive action.

. They called me this morning threatening to deduct monies from my wages. They told me that it was over $2000 for a credit card. I never remember having a credit card that even had a credit limit that high. I wsa a victim of ID fraud, my mother took cards out in my name. This is probably the remnants of one of those. I explained that there was nothing on my credit report from such a credit card company, they said well Chase just bought the account. When I asked them what Monarch Resolutions has to do with chase, they got nasty with me. I asked for paper work they said "why should we send you paper work for you to throw away with your other bills". I explained that I wanted to discuss the matter with some legal reps at my university, however no one would be available to speak with me until after thanksgiving break, Monday the 30th. They said sorry to bad you have until saturday. They also got nasty when I asked them if they had anything to do with the collection agent that got arrested in Buffalo a few months ago for showing up at peoples door threatening them with weapons.....SO WATCH OUT IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA.....THESE FOOLS ARE RUTHLESS
Call and said they represented a third party legal representation wouldn't state what the true nature of the call was but she was using threat tact tics She stated she was for Monarch Resolutions I did a web search the company has information you can find the website name shows an LLC which should be liensed with a state facts about companies of this nature they have to state there names and have ID'S for protection of their company even if they are a debt collection agency

for my husband said that we needed to call asap regarding a fraudulent charge involving my husbands name and ssn#. Left ext 230. I called it at first the greeting is from monarch resolutions..when I enter the extension it switches over..says the law offices of joshua garcia. Sounds weird
Called family member 10/1/09 and left threatening message concerning litigation for another family member not living at that address or with that telephone number. Mr. Graves left the number 800-748-3513
, ext 235. Looked up # online with little luck, looked up business name (which i found on another forum about 800 numbers) with no luck. Looked on BBB site, no business listed... Called number, explained to man who answered phone that the number needed to be taken off their list, whatever they were calling about. He transferred me, and the transfer went about 15 rings before Mr. Graves answered. I explained to Mr. Graves that the family member in question did not reside at that number and requested to have the number removed from their list. He said that he would not do that and that they would continue to call. He said that it could be requested in writing, and gave me a PO Box in Tenawanea, NY. The company has no website, nor do they have email address...
This appears to be a collection agency. They have called my house looking for "Suzanne Walker" and despite asking to be taken off their list and that no one by that name is at this number, they persist in calling.
I tracked the number down- 866-415-1669 is their call center in Panama City, Panama. The American company that owns this call center is ARM (Accounts Receivable Management) in New Jersey. Their number is 1-800-220-3350
. I called them and told them their call center is harrassing me, and they promised to take my number off their call list.
I suggest others receiving excessive calls from them (for persons unknown to you), do the same and call the American headquarters. Asking the call center operator to take your name off will NOT work, even if you speak to their supervisor.

These people constantly call me from one number, ask me to call back on different number, yet can never confirm my home phone number, address, or any other info I am not going to give them any info without a paper bill, if there is such a bill, until it is mailed to my home and I can confirm the company name, and make a copy of this so called bill that they are going to send me..........
These people have been calling my house for over a month leaving the same message - this call is for "XXX" if this is not "XXX" hang up, blah, blah, blah. They tell you to call this 800 number. I've been doing that for a month. I get the same thing... experiencing high volume of calls, leave message, we'll get back with you. Finally, today, I took an extension number from this website and talked with a woman named Jaycee. She asked for my mailing address and the last four of my husband's social. When I told her my husband's full name - she said "Oh, we've got the wrong XXXX." I asked what this was about. She said she couldn't tell me - it was a private matter. I said their business had been calling my house for over a month leaving these nasty messages for anyone at my house to hear and I deserved to know why they continually called my home. She said "That was the number that came in" I asked from where - and she said she couldn't tell me that - it was private." I told her she involved me when she started calling my home. She said that the didn't like the way that I was talking to her - and I told her I didn't like the way the continually harassed and left these messages on my answering machine making it sound like my husband wasn't paying his debts. She said she would remove our number, but I'm not sure that's going to happen... If you dial any any four numbers for an extension - you can probably talk to a person.

I have had my cell number for about three years now. I keep getting calls, which is a recording, asking fort Sammy Davis. I have told them over and over that they have the wrong number, (that is when I can actually talk to a person and not a recording). Every time they tell me "Oh I apologize. I will put a note on the account and you won't receive any future calls from us". Well ha ha ha-jokes on me cuz they keep calling!!!!!

when this place calls , get name & address, give no information about yourself, let them know you are tapeing them.See how fast they hang up , let them know by law you don't have to give any imformation to them & every time they call there calls will be taped in the future. Then send letter to them stating " no phone calls from them to your house or you can sue them , look it up, it's true! 12-15-08
We have received several calls for a Julie Ann. We do not know who this is. The calls are very annoying.
Calling several times a day for someone we've never heard of. I've hit the "wrong number" button several times but they continue call.
They called my cell phone and didn't leave a message. I called back and tried some of the extensions listed here (thanks everyone!) until I finally got in touch with a person. She asked for my name and said "Hmm.. well, we're trying to get in touch with Mrs. Somebody and Mr. So-and-so. Do you know them?" I replied that I did not, and she said she'd make a note of it in their file. Hopefully that's the end of this problem.
I've gotten messages from this company for nearly two weeks - only no calls on Sunday - asking for a "Dominic" something or other - not at my address, not at my phone - they've got the wrong number and persist in calling. The message is automated, I picked up once while it was on since the voice message left behind said "if you listen past this point you are confirming that you are "Dominic" last name eligible - so I hang up - they keep calling... I guess I'll just have to keep deleting unless I can figure a way to block this number...
I got a call from them and it seemed fishy so I looked up the number with Google and I found this site. I have a HSBC card and the payments are current. I don't know why I am getting calls from them unless the bank actually sold the accounts for the money because they are actually going under. That is a possibility, in that case then they are at fault and we should not have to pay anything.

I just got a call from this number. First I spoke with a Kim and then she put me on with a guy named John. He sounded really nice and then he asked me for my bank account numer and routing number. I told him I couldn't do that and he seemed to get nasty and hung up on me. I picked up because in the kitchen I don't have caller ID downstairs. Maybe I will hear something in the mail but I wont be picking up the phone when I SEE their number. Then They act like they are long time friends at first then the nastiness comes out. Got a call this morning from 800-220-3350 ext 6441 from a Joe Cooper of R Management. He tried to leave a threatening message that several calls had been made to me without a common courtesy of a return phone call.
Well, first in order to get a return phone call, you must state: "who" you are calling in representation of. Just saying you better call me back does not warrant a return phone call.

When ever I see a number that has a unknown on my ID caller, I just don't answer it. I don't have an answering machine, only the ID caller. Those I do know, I have their number in my telephone address book.
I just don't have time for unknown callers!!!!!
Ever since I moved and got a new phone number, there have been repeated collection, debt consolidation, etc., calls for people who had the number before -- "Warren Arrington" and "Shirley G." I've talked with the phone company about it. I'm registered with Do Not Call. The only option I seem to have is to change the number -- but it seems unfair to have to change all my phone ID numbers at work, for my own accounts, and for family and friends. They left no message, but I imagine that will come next, judging from the comments below.
This company calls repeatedly throughout the day. Sometimes up to 7 or 8 calls. I've talked to their customer service reps repeatedly about removing my number from their calling list. (They're calling for someone who doesn't live here.) Each time they inform me that it takes 24 hours to remove the number... It's been 2 months. Not only that, but you inform them of their mistake, they become quite rude and belligerent, and then continue to call you.
I received a voice mail on my cell phone from this #. It stated that it was imperative that I call back the Law Offices of Tom Landis.
They called about an account that I forgot I had with Wachovia, Said I owed 56 bucks which included a service charge. Since I called the same day that Wachovia gave them the account, if I paid it off it wouldn't hit my CBR. Paid in full and got confirmation number and letter sent to me. Definitely don't need a stupid bill messing up my CBR
This stupid company has been calling me for the last two months. I have called them back repeatedly, and either don't end up talking with anyone (dead air hold indefinitely), or when I do get to talk to someone, they don't have record of calling me! Have a very common first and last name definitely has its disadvantages. I wrote the FCC requesting info on how to get them to stop calling.
Tell them to CEASE & DESIST all calls to your phone number.Warn them you will utilize telephone recording devices in order to document any telephone conversations. Inform them you are aware of numerous lawsuits against them in Federal court for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well as State courts and Civil courts. Let them know you will sue if the calls continue. Make sure you sign & date the letter. Even if they reject your letter you have grounds to sue. Good luck, they have had over 30 Federal cases alone since 2004. I look forward to seeing them in court. Even if you do owe money you have the right to request the calls end and to sue if they don't.

Called threatening a civil suit for a Lowe's credit card debt. This is a credit card that I paid in full 2 years ago. I know it was credited because I've never heard from the Lowe's re being delinquent and it is not on my credit report.
This has got to be fraud and an attempt to steal money out of my bank account, if I were to give them the information. What's scary is how would they have obtained the info that I had a credit card at Lowe's when it was never delinquent or in collections?

Glad that you paid the debt off but, did you get "PAID IN FULL" in writing. If not, the 3rd party debt collector can sell off your debt to another scumbag debt collection company for the same amount. It has happened before to people that were afraid to stand up for themselves. The negative mark also cannot be removed by a debt collector or company. Those lies of intimidation that you endured, if you recorded the calls, can be used in court & you would get $1000.00 according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for harassment by the lowlife debt collector. Their so-called assertiveness is used to scare you & nothing else. I put the phone "on mute" & laugh at them.
You should have dealt with the original creditor company (Household) because you signed a terms of agreement to have a credit line established with them, not with a 3rd party debt collection company.
They can never validate a debt, so that's why unfortunately you paid ARM instead of Household.

I paid them off. They used all sorts of threats like they would send the debt back to the original company, they would put a lein on my assets, they would garnish my paycheck, etc... They would get mad at me when I told them if they wanted to do that it already would have happened. My personal favorite was "we are only trying to help you". Everytime time I called them out on these they would get mad and hang up. One of them listed a job i had for 6 months in 1999 and said they would go after my wages there. I told her I had not worked there in 8 years & she said they would find my new job. I asked her how when they would find that out when they had 8 year old job information on a 3 year old debt & all she could say is "we have our ways". Bottom line, never tell 3rd party collectors anything, the last thing they want to do is help you.
You never have to pay a bottom feeder because they are not providing you with a "service", I mean that term loosely. When you made payment arrangements, it started the 7 year SOL clock all over again. I would recommend visiting www.naca.net to consult with an attorney & visit www.budhibbs.com to see how many bottom feeding agencies are on his list. I would consult with an attorney ASAP because you are now on Account Receivable Managements "sucker list". You should have contacted the original creditor to have payment arrangements & always get everything in writing. Bottom feeding debt collectors, junk debt buyers do not deserve one red cent!! Let us know how things turned out because when I sent ARM a cease & desist letter certified, they never called me back. If they have further contact with me, they are in violation of the law. Remember, only deal with the original creditor, not with a scumbag debt collector who will do anything to clean you out with lies. Their intent is to separate you from your $$$. When visiting Bud Hibbs' website, see a profile of a debt collector. After reading it, it's 100% true. My houseplant has a higher IQ than a scumbag debt collector.

Bottom feeders collecting for Household. I owed them about $800 and had the debt down to $200. I could not make my next scheduled payment because of a tax bill that came out of nowhere. They threatended the hell out of me, gave me a whole bunch of deadline and even threatened court over $200. When there artifical drop dead date passed they called me back, acted like nothing had happened & tried to collect. I asked them how they could collect after their deadline to pay had passed & all I got was a bunch of double talk.
This place called me at work, and i am not sure HOW they got my direct line! They said it's 'very important you call immediately" but didnt' say who they are, what they are callign about, etc.
TSACGIV is right, it's Accounts Receivable Management out of Thorofare, NJ. They are a bottom feeding collection agency who collects as a 3rd party for HSBC & will commit numerous violations to separate you from your hard earned $$$. I sent those fools a C&D letter & those nitwits never contacted me back. STAY OFF THE PHONE!! Those 3rd party bottom feeding collection agencies do not deserve one red cent!! This number has called me three times today being very rude to me. They are claiming to be looking for someone who had this number over a year ago. I am not that person!! They have upset me very much. Is there anything that can be done to stop these harrassing calls? Are they even really a debt collector or just indentity thieves?

I just got my new Cell.P last week. This is from bill collector and they asking me "Daniel or Mike available" ,I told them I just got my Cell and they ALWAYS said "Will take off from the list" Guess,they never did it. Sick and tired of getting those phone calls.
I keep getting calls from ARM,they must have ex-presidents working for them,cause most of the debt collectors have ex-president names,,funny isn't it,anyways sure I owe a debt,but I will not let them bully me,,they stoppd calling me when i showed them I have knowledge in debt collection laws,,

Received several calls from fake sounding names regarding a "business matter" and that i 'Have important business to discuss with their company". of course they didnt say WHO they are or what exactly they call about. I deleted the messages!
These guys (ARM) keep calling us, insisting that we sign up for an automatic withdrawl to pay a Household Bank credit card - even though the bill is paid by check, by mail - often as much as 10 days in advance. We have told them to quit calling, but they advise they will call anytime they want to. We told them we'd file a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General's Office. We have done that, but haven't heard anything back from the AG. ARM continues to call, as recently as today, when they insisted that their call be returned by 4pm Mountain Time. It won't be returned. This is pure harrassment, and if it isn't illegal, it should be.

They called to collect on a Household Bank credit card. It's Houlehold with their old tricks again, I have a very simple trick to deal with them, just ignore them, it drives them crazy.
Called, informed that is not the correct residence, and am a member of the DNC list, called back and made loud noises in my ear, then harassed me by calling REPEATEDLY for 20 minutes.
Caller Identified himself on my voice mail as a Mr. Brandt?? Did not leave name of company or message except to call him back. I screen all calls and don't reutrn calls if they do not tell me who they work for or what they want! Also, they didn't say WHO they wanted to speak to!!
THE MESSAGE SAID IT WAS IMPORTANT PERSONAL MATTER. THEIR OFFICE IS OPEN TILL 11 PM EST FOR YOUR CONVINANCE GAVE THE # 800-220-3350 X 6359 AND THEN HUNG UP NO NAME NO COMPANY NAME.
A Bill Paxton was calling for my friend. regarding a "former property of his" That he hasn't lived in for over 10 years. Bill left a number & extension to call.
Could not understand the name the woman gave when she called. Said it was in reference to a letter sent on Dec. 18th and that she needed to make a decision right away and to call her desk at extenstion 6303.
Did not leave the name of the company or anything else.
This is the second type of call in less than 2 weeks.
I have received several call from a John Walsh with extension 6722. This is a bill collector. I haven't talked to them. I usually screen my calls. Let them waste their money on calls.
I just received a call from them and it came up "unavailable" on my caller id....so i called back and it was a recording saying "Thank you for calling our call center" and nothing else....I put the number in google and found this site as well as the name and address of the company....I also found them on the ripoff website....I don't have any outstanding debt accounts so I do not know why they are harrasing me....Until they leave a msg stating who they are and what they want, I will not answer.
A Jim Rogers called and left a v-mail for my wife saying it was very urgent that she called him back today. He left a reference number and that he would be in his office until 3PM EST today.
I receive voice mail for a voice that uses several dead Presidents Andrew Jackson ect... The US Dept of Commerce is on to their tactics and it is illeagal to reference a file or case # on a message.
I receive several calls a day threatening it is in my best interest to call by 9pm est . They reference a number but give no info as to company etc. Trying to sound tough and intimidating. How many times a day can they call?
I rcvd. a call from them today. The lady wouldn't tell me who she worked for, only that they were a third party collector. She did gave me her name (supposedly). She tried to intimidate me and told me they would call me every single day until an arrangement could be reached. I asked her to please not contact me again except by mail. I then asked for her fax number and mailing address and correct spelling of her name. She in turn hung up and put me on hold for at least five minutes tying up my phone line. I called back the caller id number back and spoke to someone who was supposed to be a manager, but then told me she wasn't and sent to a voicemail box. No one has returned my call yet.
