I've gotten a couple of calls from this number and decided to call it back from my prepaid cell. The guy says he's eric morales and someone hijacked his number!! He then goes on to saydon't give out personal info and stop leaving nasty messages!!!! Who does he think he's kidding??????
Just got a call from this number, name of "Eric Corrales" came up. Automated message started telling me I could lower my interest rates on credit cards. Hung up on them.
Have received calls 2 or 3 times , an automated message sayin I had contacted them for help lowering my credit intrest..I hang up as I haven't contacted anyone concerning this issue..if I was it would be directly to the credit card company....this call was received 5/11/09
Received a call on 5/11/2009 from this number also. Caller ID had the name Eric Corrales. I pressed 9 to try to get a live person, but the call was disconnected. I called the number back from another phone. The person answered "Federal Bureau of Investigation" and name. I just hung up. This is obviously some kind of scam. I will report it.
after do the 'reverse phone thing' it comes up as a 'cell phone' in FL. Obvious scam
Call came to my home @11:44 a.m. 5-08-09. I suggest that you make a list of the dates, times, and
the telephone number that indicates where the call originates (area code 786). When you have been sufficiently harrassed, gather your data and report it to the attorney general for the state of N. C. (It has an area code 786, as does the state of Florida. So choose which one or both you wish to
contract regarding this scam.) Advise them of the program "who Called Us" and let them determine if Corrales and his group are in violation of laws pertaining to scams. That's about the only way I know to stop these people from this behavior. It is also in violation of federal laws,I believe,
pertaining to members of the National Do Not Call Registry. (If you are a member, report that, too,
too, to the attorney general).
I also received a call from this Eric Corrales 786-333-0000 with a recorded message saying they are card services and please hold for a lowe interest rate- sounds like a scam!
Called me on 5/8/09 - I pressed 9 and got a live person. I told him they were not supposed to be calling me and asked to have my name removed from their list. They hung up on me immediately.
I reported the name and number to the FCC do not call, and to my State Attorney General. I would recommend everyone do the same.
I have rec'd many calls from "Card Services" in the last few days, they say that they want to lower my interest rate, he asked what card I wanted to adjust, Visa or MC, I told him to tell me because I only have one, he said that he would need the number (i don't think so), I asked how he got my name/number, he told me that they were "provided a list from Experion" of customers that are having credit trouble, I told him that I have NO CC debt and that I wanted my name off their list, he argued, I asked for a supervisor, I was transfered to "John", he argued with me about their "service", I again asked for my name to be removed from their list, I was transfered again, the next guy also argued with me, asked me my age. I asked how my age would help him get my name off his list, he told me that "a lot of elderly people have trouble making payments" I told him that I am not elderly and that I want my name off the list, he again told me that there service would help me make my payments on time, I again asked to be removed from the list, he hung up!
Received a call from 786-333-0000. Person on phone asked if we wanted to lower our credit card rate. Further questioning this individual for a possible scam, they hung up. May 5, 2009 1:38 P.M.Caller I.D. Eric Corrales
Caller ID Eric Corralles 786-333=0000
I have more than one phone line with the same exchange, at this location. All rang at the exact time from this number. The last few digits were different from each other, but the ID # started with V050316484, then four more numbers.

This is the third time I've gotten a call from such a pathetically obvious would-be scammer saying that my credit card's interet rate is about to go up but that they can somehow prevent the increase and to press 9 to talk with a live agent anxious to steal my credit card info. I tried pressing 9 just to play around with them, but no one ever picked up.
Got a phone call from this number tonight - "COULD POSSIBLY BE SOME TYPE OF SCAM" - First a recorded message, then my husband did go and press #9, a person came on and said they could lower our interest rate on our Visa or Mastercard & I 'THINK' the man was about to ask for a credit card number when my husband hung up on him..........Just be careful...........Called ID did say it was from Eric Corrales
I just got a call around 8 PM, my dad thought it was a guy calling for me and asked who it was. I decided to type the # in the computer and I found this web site. I told my family not to answer it if it calls again. I think I'm going to report it after reading the other comments.
Recording - Lower rate for credit card - hung up on call.

Just got the call. I pushed 9 to speak to someone. Got ahold of "David" who had a foreign accent. I said "I would like to request that you take me off your calling list." He then started using a small baby voice saying "OK, please don't drop me." Laughing then repeating it? I hung up after that.
Same call from Eric Corrales. I did not answer but saw on caller ID. I called the number back and the message indicated that he was in Florida and that someone had hijacked his caller id. He indicated on the message that he believes this to be a credit card scam primarily in Pennsylvania (I am in PA). The message seemed legit.
That number came up on my caller IDm Eric Corrales and they said they were calling to lower my interest rate on my credit card and I needed to press 9. They did not identify the credit card so I hung up. My mother-in-law got the same message on her answering machine and she doesn't have a credit card.
no message - I am reporting the #
Claim to be cardmember services..lower interest charge...I just hung up.
I have reported this number several times and still they call. The number 786-333-0000 atated on mt caller I.D. as Erick Corrales. Spoke to this nur nut fot about 4 minuets and then asked how he liked me wasting his time he said it was costing me for the call as I pressed. Thank goodness I did not have to press 1 for English! I have Vonage and do not have to pay for the call, think that was B.S. anyway.......... I now wonder why I waste more reporting this.
This number is Cardmember Services, 800-943-3250
, or so they said. Reported to donotcall.gov .
credit card scam - they want $590.00 to attemp to lower you credit card rate. No out of pocket cash - they will add the fee on to your balance. Then with interest you will end up paying a thousand dollars for the same phone call you can make yourself to you credit card company to ask for a lower rate.
Reported on Do Not Call Registry.
Calls doesn't leave a mess, I called number back, message says mail box for oswaldo sardinas is full. I have googled this number have seen many complaints about it. I filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry.
I got this call today too!
I was warned about this kind of call being a scam! It was a recording about credit cards and interest. At the very end of the call it said to press the 9 key. Which I think somehow gives the caller entry into you phone calls or something to that effect. Not exactly sure what. Whatever you do don't press the 9 key.
This call came in at *:30 Pm But I did not answer because I thought it strange to have all 0000 for a #
Credit card imformation was ask-----NONE OF YOUR BUSSINESS
This person called me. I have no idea who Eric Corrales is and why he would be calling me.
No message left; seem to have different names showing up; of to report them to the DNC complaint center

I received a call from this number last eve. The name on the caller ID read Sardina Osvaldo. Neighbor also received a call shortly after they call me. I didn't pick it up as I did not recognize the name or number. After reading comments made by other people, I decided to report this number to the Federal Do Not Call registry. Too many scam artists out there.
iT WAS A RECORDED MESSAGE SAYING THEY NEEDED TO TALK TO ME ABOUT MY CREDITCARD ACCOUNT. (I have none) The recording said to push 9 if i wanted to speak to a real person. The real person told me his name and ID number (I forget what they were). They said they were offering me a lower interest rate on my Visa or Mastercard and asked which one I had a larger balance on> I said I don't have any credit cards and he said, "You're smart, don't ever get any" and hung up.
calling at least once a day..does not leave a message
