A woman named Shavon, claiming to be with United Travel Network, told me that I needed to claim my prize and I would not need to buy anything. She knew my first name, former last name, address, the fact that I was previously married, but had the wrong age for me. She said that "we" had a combined income of 49k or more, and asked if the info was correct. I told her that she had the wrong age, and that I'm no longer married. She told me that a card was filled out for me at a sporting event, shopping center, or festival in the past 12-18 months. I've been divorced, and have had a different last name, for far longer than 18 months.
When I told her that the information was wrong, she told me to call her back if I can find someone who matches the age, marriage, and income requirements I'm guessing. She gave me the address 1935 Sherma Rd. suite 101 in North Brook, Illinois, and the phone number 866-222-1995
ext. 238. (And my claim number, of course.)
Obviously, I'm not calling her back. The caller id says: Mitchells Commu 773-493-1073
