The first time this number called, at 9:25 AM, my mother answered the phone and nobody said anything. Then the next time they called hours later (2:38 PM), she took the call again and a man talked to her whom wanted to know if someone diabetic lived here. This came just two days after an Internet email fishing scam sent in Walmarts name to my mom tried promised her a $1000 Wallmart giftcard trying to pick up on her and she didnt do anything with it but one of the things it wanted was to try to sell her diabetic supplies first... She had entered her phone number in their initial query but never gave them any financial info luckily. This is likely how these scam artists got her number.

Have no clue. They do not leave a message. Not an area code that I am familiar with.
