scam
Rachel from Card Holders Services...Nationwide scam to get your credit card number. They keep changing phone numbers, other times caller I.D. is blocked.
Do not press any # on your phone when they call. They say press #3 to be
removed from the call list, but this will let them know your phone # is
live, and you will then get them to call you almost every other day.
You can make a complaint with www.FTC.gov or call them at 877-382-4357

The classic "2nd and final call to lower your interest rate" scam. Nothing to see here. Scammers intent on breaking the law to steal your money/identity are not going to care about following the law regarding do not call lists.
