Talked to the first person, made up some info, they told me "Warranty Solutions"... got transfered to a "Senior Specialist" who told me that this would be a product serviced by "royaladmin.com"... Once I revealed that I was not interested in purchasing the product, and asked to get off their call list they guy said "Good Luck Man"...

I contacted Royal Solutions - Their Legal Dept says they aren't responsible for the agents calling because they are just the "service provider"... At any rate, at least this is one of the companies paying money for this crap.

Call Royal Admin yourself - 1-800-871-0467 or send an e-mail contactus@royaladmin.com.

Ok I figured out what they are doing. If you listen closly as you are being connected to a representitive, you hear some clicking. I think they are piggy backing off your cell line to gain access to phoneline and charge up your minutes. I told them to stop calling and that I am on the do not call list... They just laughed

Second time receiving this call. Twice in the past two weeks. Also received a piece of mail from what appears to be the same people. Both calls and the mail, claim to be the second and final notice that my vehichle warranty is about to expire. I never received a first notice, and my vehichle warranty on my old car expired a year ago, I traded that in and bought a new car in January...that warranty does not expire for 3 years. I would really like to know how these people get my number and address.

I have rec'd calls from this number at 5 times now. The automated message says that my warranty on my car has expired and it the last call that will be made. I presed "1" to speak with someone. A man with a foreign accent answered and asked if I wanted to extend my warranty. When told that I do not have an expired warranty on any car and that the needed to stop, the call was disconnected. Obviously a scam with poor customer service!

received several calls from this number. most of the time i missed the call; the voicemail is just a recording saying that "this is the second notice that the warranty on your vehicle is about to expire". [they've called me with several "second notices" and i don't even have a vehicle registered under my name.] i get these calls on my cellphone as well as my house phone. very bothersome. there are even more complaints on http://www.callercomplaints.com/Default.aspx and http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-770-921-4651

I received a call from that number today - National Warranty Services, American Guardian. They called my cell phone number but yesterday I got a call from them on my home phone number. I have been receiving calls from them every week. At first I would try telling them that I am on the "do not call" list and they hang up on me. And then I tried telling them to please stop calling, but it continues. So now I play along and give them bogus information for as long as I can to waste their time. Today I had them on the phone for close to half an hour. They asked for my vehicle id number from my insurance card and I changed some digits in the number and kept questioning it, saying that is appeared to be an invalid number. Then they asked me for a credit card and I gave them another bad number and the jig was finally up. I told the guy who I was speaking with that he should find another line of work and I told him I wasted his time because they are wasting mine. If everyone who receives these calls does the same, maybe we can make a difference. Fight back.
