This number is United Healthcare. I am supposing that it does use automated dialing. However, I called the number back and it made sense to me that it was UH because I recently enrolled in one of its medicare plans. I suggested to the person to whom I spoke that UH should probably stop using automated dialers since there are a bunch of people on these various number reporting websites who are hopping mad about receiving calls and then just getting dead air or muzak when they pick up the phone. I don't believe that UH has any say as to whether its number comes through with its name on any given phone company's caller ID, so it probably doesn't have any way of controlling that aspect of these calls.
