This is definitely a fraudulent service. I received a text fraud alert first asking if I attempted an ATM transaction. The text alert was very professional and very much like those I get from Citi from time to time. When I replied with 2 for no, they called from this number. They told me they were from Citibank and the automated system asked me to confirm I was a different name than mine. When I said no a representative came on. I told them they had the wrong number associated with the account holder they were trying to contact. 15 minutes later they called back and said they needed my full name for a report they were filing so that I wouldn't receive any more calls. I called citi and confirmed this is not one of their numbers. FRAUD!

I called the number back and the auto response said that it was CITI and that I should call 800-950-5114; Not sure if this is legit.

Received voicemail. Reluctantly returned call. The message was "unusual account activity on my Union Account, card number 2, reference number, 1534, call 866-242-0838". When I called, sounded like the same person that left the voicemail. Said this was regarding my Home Depot account. But I don't have a Home Depot account, so I said there must be some error. She confirmed my phone number and said she couldn't find an account for me based on my phone number. I said strange, I was contacted at that phone number and the person who left the message had my full name. Not sure if this is a scam or not, but I didn't give any information beyond my phone number and name. Home that isn't useful if it is a scam.
