I am one of the lucky ones; only get called once a year or so. I understand they they NEVER give up.Very high learning curve; but a good value for a full featured cad-cam program.
Maybe you all could look into a TCPA case for all the sales persecution?

A VERY RUDE caller. They refuse to take our name off their list. We have NO application for their product, and when we tell them so, they get very angry and rude.....then try again a month later.
BCC Direct / BobCad - Their CNC software is such a joke they must hire a new sales person every month to go through the same list and make cold calls. No matter how many times we ask to be removed from their list, the comment is always the same from the pushy loser sales person "oh, sorry..... I didn't know that". Of course he didn't know that, they get someone different to call every month, sometimes several times in a month. I keep track of the number of times BCC Direct / BobCad has cold called us, and as of today, the total is 57 times in 2 years. That is 57 complaints filed to the FCC about BCC Direct / BobCad. Everytime we call back and ask to be removed from the list, they enter our phone number in the computer and claim that we are not in the database. Well, we aren't in the database because we have never purchased your outdated software, but we ARE on some stupid list that gets printed and handed to every new employee. The BobCad software isn't worth $1.00, and even if I was in the market for new CNC software, BobCad would NEVER get my business...... and I will CONTINUE to spread the word at the expense of new sales for BobCad until they file bankruptcy.
Bob CAD-CAM is a sales person for a company that sell CAD-CAM software for industrial equipment applications.
Bob-Cam-Cad Keeps Calling after being told not to. The caller is very rude and hangs up on you when you ask him who is calling.
yep, bob cad/cam. relentless sales team. First the messages, then they bring in the more aggressive sales types. Not a bad company or product BUT MAYBE A BIT OVER AGGRESSIVE WHEN IT COMES TO TELEMARKETING,

Yes, Bob CAD-CAM. Called multiple times. Has spoken with our boss. One particular time he asked for the boss and he was not in his office. I told him, asked if he would like to leave a voicemail, he sighed loudly and said "BYE" and hung up.
Not smart for somebody trying to get business from us. Asked the boss what this guy's problem was, he said "Oh, he's pushy and impatient".
Sums it up.
Overly agressive sales calls bordering on insulting. They continue to call and call when asked not to.
