THIS COMPANY PROMOTES IDENTITY THEFT. A robocall comes in about a birth control lawsuit. When you press 1 or call the number back you get a recording offering to remove you from their call list after "just a few questions": What is your social security number? What is your birth date? What is your full name? Do we have your address correctly? That last one expects you to answer yes or no and if no to GIVE them your current address. Are you calling from your home phone? THIS COMPANY IS DESPICABLE. Report them.

This is a credit card telemarketing scam operation that keeps harassing my family all hours of the day and night. I spoke with one of their reps about six months ago. He want my credit card information and Social Security Number. The company also uses 561-910-4713 in addition to 561-948-1070. The company phone provider is LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - FL. Their customer service number is 877-253-8353. Their executive office number is 720-888-1000. They refuse to do anything about the fraudulent companies they provide service to. Their corporate secretary refused to connect me with their security officer and informed me that if I didn't like it to contact the police. So, I encourage you to contact LEVEL 3, the FTC, and your local authorities.

"No such proof was offered by your newspaper because no such contracts exist," stated the letter, portions of which were read by spokesman Jeff Battcher. "You have offered no proof that BellSouth provided massive calling data to the NSA as part of a warrantless program because it simply did not happen."

Level 3 Communications is headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, about 10 miles northwest of Denver.

Regarding my previous post "Andy Luxman" (an online pseudonym) - The 323 area codes are not calling me anymore-I suspect they have a call center with up to 50 phone lines- which means you could be called from many 323 area code #s from the same people. They were (so far) true to their word about removing my number from their calling list. I have read a few blogs of people filing complaints with the CFTC and NFA and other regulatory agencies against this company's calling practices and possibly investment claims.

As far as my previous "Scam" posting about this Luxman Trading Concepts, That may be a little misworded by using "Scam" and this is only MY personal opinion because I know quite a few people in the trading and investment business and they all laugh when I tell them someone called claiming they can get you a 7% per month return. We all learned from Bernie Madoff. If you check out the Luxman Trading Concepts website, you will clearly see a disclaimer that shows they can not guarantee investment results and that you are definitely at risk of losing money- because nobody can predict the trading future. Sure money can be made- but again- If I had a system that made that kind of money- I would keep it to myself.

As far as who these phone numbers are listed to- I did extensive investigating and it seems they are all listed to the same company- coming up as "Trading" with no address I could find, accept a few that came up owned by "M Vasquez" - who's address I won't publish- you can easily find that info yourself. I wonder if that is the same M Vasquez that people have been talking about on various trading websites, one of which says "One thing about this co is one of the director is Mitchell Vazquez who runs Global Capital Investment LLC, which has been shut down by CFTC/NFA. Could this company be a scam?" - you can read the blog here:

Regarding my previous post "Alan Gardner" (an online pseudonym) - The 323 area codes are not calling me anymore-I suspect they have a call center with up to 50 phone lines- which means you could be called from many 323 area code #s from the same people. They were (so far) true to their word about removing my number from their calling list. I have read a few blogs of people filing complaints with the CFTC and NFA and other regulatory agencies against this company's calling practices and possibly investment claims.
