Left message saying 4 serious allegations with IRS. Will send "local cops" to arrest if I don't call in 24 hrs. Voice is obviously computer generated. The script sounds like it write by someone who didn't speak English.

Recorded message plays, claiming 4 issues with filings with the IRS, asks to call the number to discuss otherwise "local cops" will come to arrest you within the next 24 hours. First... the IRS *NEVER* calls anyone. The IRS sends letters. Second... even if the IRS called, there wouldn't be a message referring to "local cops".
