Have been Recieving calls for a few years now. Am on the do not call list. Next time a call is made I will answer and invite a home visit. Then we will take a tour of the basement and have some real fun face to face upclose and personal, then a nice fishing trip.

Let them listen to some random music on the web. Sorry I was so nice to them.
How frigin annoying is this company? What happen to our rights? I say to hell with you and hope your business tanks!
This is a bad company , I advise you not to do business with this company,
For over 3 years now, I am receiving solicitation calls from this company. I asked them several times not to call me any more but instead they call me more often then before ,
Several times. I spoke to a manager at their telemarketing who promised me to delete my number from their calling list but never did.
My phone is in the do not call list but they still calling.
I never ever did business with this company and sure I will never ever do business with those disrespectful idiots. AS I ADVISE YOU ALL TO STAY WAY FROM THIS COMPANY
If you really are "John Aden-Corporate Training Manager," you'd know that inviting us to come down to your office, which likely doesn't exist, is about as stupid as ignoring the wishes of those of us on the DO-NOT-CALL list who DO NOT WANT TO BE CALLED BY YOU! Be careful what you wish for.
Who the #@%$ gave you the authority to ignore the federal DO-NOT-CALL list? Do you think you're somehow immune from prosecution and/or retaliation?
Newsflash: You're NOT.
You are hereby ORDERED to remove me from your calling list IMMEDIATELY. If you call me again, you will pay the price. What? I didn't give you my name or number? Then I suggest you IMMEDIATELY stop calling EVERYONE on the DO-NOT-CALL list to ensure compliance with the law and this demand.
If you call me again, I may decide to take you up on your offer of visiting your office to express my displeasure in person. Rest assured, I'll be more than a bit ornery after driving across two counties in heavy traffic to personally express my displeasure.
By the way, I granted myself and others on the DO-NOT-CALL list who have been harassed, bothered and annoyed by your ILLEGAL TELEMARKETING calls the authority to harass, bother and annoy you AND your family with unwanted phone calls at any hour of the day or night, and such authority will be used as we deem necessary. After all, if you can ignore laws you don't like, so can we. We can easily find out their names and numbers. After all, if you can get our names, addresses and phone numbers, we can get yours. And the only way we'll agree not to harass, bother and annoy you and your family with unwanted calls is for you to agree to stop calling numbers on the DO-NOT-CALL list and stop harassing people.
What's that, Johnny-boy? Leave your family out of it? Sorry, but your family deserves to be harassed and bothered and annoyed by us, just like you and your worthless employees do to ours. It's only fair.
You're what's wrong with America. You're a selfish, pathetic, greedy pig who doesn't give a cr@p about anyone else's wishes. You're a thief, a liar, and a poor excuse for a human being. You and your employees -- and ALL illegal telemarketers -- should be locked in shipping containers and dropped into the ocean.
CONSIDER THIS YOUR OFFICIAL AND FINAL WARNING TO CEASE AND DESIST MAKING UNWANTED TELEMARKETING CALLS TO ANY NUMBER ON THE FEDERAL DO-NOT-CALL LIST.
FAILURE TO HEED THIS WARNING MAY RESULT IN CIVIL PENALTIES OF UP TO $15,000 FOR EACH ILLEGAL TELEMARKETING CALL AS WELL AS CRIMINAL PROSECUTION UNDER THE FEDERAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT.
Got it? Good. Now, kill yourself.

Fuck them, they call every day, stop that shit!
Caller called saying he worked with for Edison electric company. Asked if I were the owner of the home. Asked how much I spent on electricity each month. call was very creepy they have called several times each day.!!!
Called and hung up when I answered. I see DNC list violations reported as far back as three years ago. Do these violators ever get identified and punished. Is the DNC list any good?

REPORT THEM TO THE DO NOT CALL LIST DoNotCall.gov
I have called spoken to the DNC people, as I spend a LOT of time reporting these. They assured me that they look into all complaints, even if the number that came up on your caller ID is spoofed. They're the Government, they have ways of finding out info. :)
But seriously, when these people are caught, the fine is upwards of $10,000 per verified complaint.
In the past I have agreed to let a "contractor" come out, only to get the callback number of the supervisor. Sometimes now, the craftier companies call back from a spoofed or blocked number. I make the appointment and then say, "if I have any problems, what number can I call you back at". When they give me that number, I then call it back to let them know I don't do business with people who are dishonest, to cancel my appointment and to take me off of their list. I also inform them that they have and will be reported to the Do Not Call list. Once, they called back number was fake and a contractor showed up to have a video camera shoved in his face and me follow him to his car writing down his license plate and video further. I believe in this case they had stolen the identity of a contractor i.e was using his contractor license number (something I also ask for when I make the appointment) without his/her knowledge.
A few telemarketers don't get it and continue to call, although I have been getting A LOT fewer calls now. I have not been contacted to participate in any lawsuits by the FTC.
