I have also been getting these phone calls several times a day for quite a while now. I did like Kirby K did and called the number back, pressing 1. Got the same second recording as well. Maybe this will work?

I have been getting these calls at least once a day for weeks. After reading this I dialed the number back and got a recording asking if I wished to no longer receive calls about their promotions press 1. I did and another recorded voice said "Thank you." I sure hope this works! I'm tired of practically breaking my other leg trying to get to the phone!

We get daily calls from 702-520-1492. It's getting a BIT annoying! Ever since we got a land-line with Qwest...

We are registered with the "Do Not Call" registry, and have received daily calls from this number (702-520-1492) for the past month. It is a automated message, and I immediately hang up -- but it is truly annoying. How do I get them to stop?

MY phone number is on the do not call register and has been for over a year. Every since I went on it it seems I am getting more calls. It looks like the do not call list is not working.

one neighbor told her her friend's house got robbed after a series of these calls. The police saw them on the caller ID for the past several days... she got robbed,,,, the calls stopped. back to the old days of casing your home before they rob it? Eliot Ness where are you?

7025201492 calls at least once a day and hangs up on the answering machine... I have been getting a LOT of calls from unknown or private or otherwise unidentified since I signed up with Comcast bundle and got their phone... might be a coincidence.... but who knows.
This one does say SVCS but that is all.
DO KNOW that since economy has been bad, SCAMS are growing like crazy on the phones.... my elderly dad says his old verizon number has had triple the bogus calls in the past year or so.

I've received about 30 calls from this number since the phone line was activated in mid-April. My number is listed on the do not call list.

Whenever I answer this call no one replies and it starts beeping in my ear. These calls are very harrassing. They call every day. I've reported every call to the National Do Not Call Registry because I am on the no call list. Hopefully they will actually do something about these calls.

Got numerous calls from (702) 520-1492. This is what you do when lowlifes like this call:

Say hello. Use a foreign accent if you can.

When they ask, "Who am I speaking to?" say, "Who do you THINK you are speaking to?"

When they say, "Uh, is this Mr. Jones" or "Uh, is this Mr. Smith," say, "No, sorry - Mr. Jones (or Mr. Smith) died last night."

When they say, "I am sorry to hear that."

End the call with, "Yeah, I bet he is too, because now HE WON'T GET TO HEAR YOUR FUCKING CALLS, YOU ASSHOLE!"

Then hang the phone up. Try it. It works. Plus, you get out your frustrations, and you can have a laugh at their expense.

As long as your phone # is registered with the "Do Not Call Registry", you can make a complaint about receiving calls from 702-520-1492. Go to this url: https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx to register your complaint.
