This call is from a marketing firm called ZipWeb. I spoke to a supervisor there by the name of Gabriel I. (wouldn't give last name) at extension 329 and was assured my number would be removed within 24 hours. We shall see.

IT HAS COME TO OUR COUNTIES ATTENTION IN OUR LOCAL PAPER THAT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IS NOW CRACKING DOWN ON A LOT OF THESE PRANK PHONE CALLS MADE TO BUSINESSES & HOMES (BUSINESSES ESPECIALLY), TRYING TO LAUNDER MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE EITHER VULNERABLE OR MAYBE A SENIOR CITIZEN NOT CARING FOR THE OTHER PERSON, JUST TRYING TO "MAKE A BUCK". IT IS STATED IN OUR LOCAL PAPER THAT IF ANY OF THESE CALLS ARE RECEIVED, THEY NEED TO BE CALLED IN TO THE AG OR WRITTEN IN ( BEST TO DO IS CALL). IF YOU WANT TO SEND A LETTER, I SUGGEST YOU SEND IT REGISTERED AND STAY ON TOP OF IT, MAKING SURE WHEN IT IS SIGNED FOR, YOU WILL HAVE THE GREEN CARD AND THE SIGNATAURE ON IT> > THE ADDRESS TO SEND YOUR LETTERS TO IS: TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL, P.O. Box 12548, AUSTIN, TEXAS 78711-2548 IF YOU WANT TO PHONE, BE PREPARED TO HOLD ON FOR A LENGTHY TIME. THE PHONE # IS > 800-252-8011 or if you prefer, go online @ www.texasattorneygeneral.gov

THEY HAVE ALREADY CAUGHT SOME OF THESE IDIOTS BUT THEY ALL NEED TO BE CAUGHT, FACE THE PENALTY OF $16,000 or MORE DEPENDING ON THE CAPTURE & THE KEY THROWN AWAY. YOU BET THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PULL THIS KIND OF CALL OFF BEHIND STATE BARS! !

EVEN IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE, I WOULD DO THE SAME THING WHERE EVER YOU ARE, BRINGING THIS TO YOUR STATE AG'S ATTENTION - - - -
