by dailing *60 it helped me stop the calls. I have insight communications. Try *60 listen for the commands and follow.
Call received with recorded female message about reducing our current card interest rate......press #9. Said his name was Mike Clark. Wants to lower our interest rate on our CURRENT credit card. Says he is from Credit Card Services currently administering our account for bank. When asked which card he's calling about he says it could be Visa, Master Card or Discover. (1)Are we paying over 10% interest? (2) Is our balance over $4000? (3) Asked for info from card but when I pushed to get more specific info from him - he hung up. Sounds really professional but SCAM!!! SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!
Recorded message about lower your credit card rate. . .what a scam. What is worse I have reported these calls to the DNC Registry and the FCC, however nothing ever gets done about them.

I have Insight VOIP. I called Insight to complain about this number coming in. They said I can activate Anonymous Call Rejection (Block numbers that do not display caller ID) by dialing *77.
However, it will NOT block 663-000-5545. In this case, I can block them by dialing *60 and then enter their 10 digit phone number (include area code even if it is a local number). However, based on the information below, they only call infrequently and randomly so they probably won't use the same number again to call me. UGH! WE NEED TO GET GOVERNMENT OFF THEIR **S AND STOP PUTTING REGULATIONS ON HONEST PEOPLE AND COMPANIES AND GO AFTER THE REAL CROOKS, SPAMMERS, AND THIEVES.
