Rcvd spanish recording call, i know enough spanish to understand what number to push to speak with someone. I finally got a person and told him i don't speak Spanish and asked him to remove my number and he spoke English asking if i wanted to refinance my home. I told him i don't own my home and asked that they stop calling me. Then 2 days later i get the same call, same recording, in Spanish twice in 3 minutes. I called the number back and a woman answered in spanish asking how she can help me. I ask her to remove my number and she hangs up. I called back and again asked her to stop calling me in spanish and she hung up again.
They called and told me this was a final notification to pay my utility bill and then asked me if I was a home owner or a tenant. I informed the spanish speaking lady that if she was truly calling regarding my bill she would know the answer to her question. She then got upset and hung up. Scam for sure
Scam... lady speaking Spanish called asking for account info name address and account # .if info not given rates will go up for electric bill. I called Edison and was told they don't do those calls. And will never call from a 661 #
