Call came in as a New York call. Caller said he was a "Certified Microsoft Tech" and that we had a problem with our computer and that several "Foreign " hackers were trying to get in our computer and we need to let him fix the problem. I let him talk for awhile just to see how far he would go. Finally I said to him " Foreign hackers! You mean like YOU( he was obviously Indian/Pakistan) I gave him what for and he was just trying to Scam people and he was full of CRAP. He didn't know what to say and stammered and stuttered and I finally hung up on him. I get these calls several times a week and they are the same type people from India/Eastern countries with American names.

Was a Vishing call - they claimed to be Microsoft and they had a report of a computer problem that needed to be fixed. This is when I said don't call again with this scam.
Called and shows Wireless Caller and number on caller ID. When I answered, got message saying call was now terminated and then busy signal. Not sure who they really are, but I am blocking them from calling again.

This is the Microsoft Scam. Do not talk to them or give any information.
Caller knew my first name, and said he was calling from Microsoft and said he had a report that he needed to fix my computer. When I asked what company he worked for, he stated "Microsoft Windows Operating Center". He had what seemed like a middle- or far-eastern accent. I told him this sounded like a scam and hung up.
