The caller id was the whole phone number grouped together. I tried to put that in but this website wouldn't let me. I've never seen the name like that. I've got to where I click "talk" then right away click "off" whenever these stupid people call. Always tell them to REMOVE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER OFF OF THEIR CALLING LIST. They have to or they get fined. Make sure to ask who they are first then request the removal. I'm sure that's why a lot of them are automated now!

I get these phone calls two to three times a week, last night I got one from 616-980-2546 for the exact same thing I told them to stop calling me so the transferd me to a recorded message for removing my number from their call list. Tonight I got a rude man named Anthony who told me there was no such thing as a no call list, and he didn,t care that my vehicle was fourteen years old. How can we get rid of these people?

Well Kimberly at least you were able to reach someone at the number you called. I am so resentful of these "scam" telephone calls. I looked up QCT MRK INC 616-980-4019 on the internet and sent an e-mail expressing my frustration. I appreciate the suggestion of Better Business Bureau - not that I would do business with this company- but for the fact that wouldn't it be interesting to find out their "record of complaints"? Another call that I received that I am suspicious of being the "same" company is identified on caller id as ZEFNER MRK INC 616-980-4066

I do not own a vehicle that has or is nearing an expiring warranty, so I wanted my phone number removed from the calling list. The customer rep that I spoke with was EXTREMELY RUDE because I would not give him my vehicle info. I feel that if his company is calling me telling me my warranty is expiring I expect that he should have my vechicle info on hand to begin with. He was very sarcastic and kept saying "Duh..." Like I was an Idiot. I don't belive I would get good customer service from a company that I am paying for an extended warranty to, if this is how they treat their customers on the first time of contact. My advice is if you buy from them, check with the Better Business Bureau in your area before buying from this company.
