Ok, so I got a call from this number 732-807-5611) asking for my grandfather (who's been dead for 2 years now) and they were really rude to me and then hung up on me. So, since its my day off, AND i have unlimited minutes on my cell, I have been calling them for the last 45 minutes. At first they'd have me on hold for a few moments, and then I would speak with a representative. I'd go through a mock compliance of their questions (for my cars mileage and so forth) and right about when they'd finished their presentation I'd ask if I could ask a question: They'd reply "of course" to which I would ask what its like to be a piece of shit from New Jersey. I got a couple of 'em really mad, I told this one lady I'd punch her kids in the face. This one gay guy they put me through to was trying to be equally offensive to me, so I hit him where it hurt: I told him I loved Chick-Fil-A just because they were openly opposed to gay marriage. I got to yell at some more people, and I got to hit 'em with some good quotes ("Its a war on the shore! I want Holyfield!"). Normally my attention span is very short, but with the level of annoyance I am getting from these people, I have become truly entertained. My call times in the beginning were upwards of 5 minutes, and since I've been writing this I've called non-stop for the last 20 minutes, and now they've got me down to 2 minutes and 49 seconds before they hang up. I had one lady tell me she knew my physical address and she was sending the police and to stop harassing them. I informed her that her man was a punk and he wished he'd never got with her because her vagina smells. She was getting upset before she hung up, but what pushed her over the edge was when I said I would lure her children into my gingerbread house. She wasn't having that I guess so she hung up. I got through to that gay guy again, and he apologized profusely to me, admitted that he too hated New Jersey and that he was from Pennsylvania originally. He said the job sucks but he needed the money. I was THIS close to not calling back after he tried to make his peace with me, but being a coward, instead of hearing MY side out, he quickly hung up after he told me he'd never call back. Since that I've probably called another 24 times, and the call time is getting WAY shorter. I used to get to hear at least half of "Jesse's Girl" but now I'm down to a minute and forty-five seconds flat. Every other call I get that elevator type waiting 'music' intertwined with the generic computerized "Please hold, all our representatives are currently busy, we appreciate your business, please continue to hold and we will assist you shortly." The funny thing is, I WILL continue to hold, because I've got business with 'Dealer Services.'..........Unfinished business. One person I talked to called me a loser, and asked me if I had anything better to do. Well, regardless of whether I am a loser or not, I HAVE A LOT OF FREE TIME......A LOT. Ah.....Jesse's girl again, and another 1:36 hangup. I started calling from my wife's Number cause I think they're getting wise to me. Excellent, fresh new people to harass. I've talked to 3 more different people, they seemed to be taken aback by my relentless disdain for New Jersey and its inhabitants. One Lady cursed me out, but she did so in a quiet voice as if her boss was standing behind her. Its been probably an hour now that I've been doing this, actually and hour and 24 minutes. I've gotten to a point where nobody wants to play with me. I've run the gambit of people being mad, incredulous, apologetic and overall annoyed. I have harassed them in a way that they threatened to get the authorities involved. Now that they're wise to my wife's number I've been calling from the house phone, since i get free weekend long distance. You'd think the waiting and the music would deter my intentions, but alas, my will shall triumph. I write all of this, a chronicling, if you will, of my ongoing battle with 'Dealer Services' at the number 732-807-5611. All of what I have written is factual, and true, as I will post a follow up video (probably on youtube) that my wife took of me while I was blasting a sales associate with verbal contempt. I will post it on this forum as well, all in an effort to light the fire under the consumer/homeowner/couch-potato alike or otherwise. When these people call you and repeatedly harass you, there is something you can do about other that calling the FCC. I find this way far more therapeutic, as you have an actual target to channel you unquenchable rage at. I say rise up, angry, annoyed, tired of getting out of the shower to get a telemarketer asking your social security number masses, and take back what is yours: Your right to chill at your house without dealing with rude people from far off places over the phone about crap you don't care about anyways. I have brought the fight to their doorstep, they wont even pick up any of my call anymore, from any of my 3 numbers. My hold times have grown to upwards of 7 minutes with Jesse's girl playing in my ear incessantly with a brief pause and a quick hangup. They no longer want to play the game I like, so I will wait a few hours, till the shift changes, and I get a fresh new roster of people to verbally demolish who are unaware of the hailstorm of fury that I've reserved just for 'Dealer Services'. Keep up the good fight, comrades, do not hang up quietly in that good night, redial, redial, redial into the dying of light!

THE DETAILS ON THE COMPANY - based upon above link

"You get a call stating that your car warranty is about to expire. You remove your number from their list. They call you back in less than a week and just keep calling. You try to *69 or hit callback on the caller ID and it ALWAYS says the number is disconnected yet they JUST called you from that number. Well ladies and gents Here are their REAL numbers 949-475-9500 800-499-5711 I got these by bullshitting the rep that called me for 20 min. Please call them 20, 30, hell 50 times a day. Its what I did and finally the guy said "Look, we will take your number off our list just please stop calling here!" When you call...offer then a new home warranty."

This must be a scam. They called a phone where I work to inform whoever answered that 'your car warranty was about to expire'. I asked who the were trying to reach - they couldn't tell me. I asked the name of their company - got "Warranty Services Center". I asked for the location of their company - city & street address - and got hung up on. Turns out that this work phone # was not on the DNCL - so couldn't report them this time. But after 30 days if they call that phone again it will be my pleasure to report the DNCL violation.

Got a call saying today was the last day to buy the extended warranty on my 2007 vehicle. I asked it they were with GM? She assured me GM bought ALL their warranty service through this company. Sounded like a scam to me as she would not provide any information on the vehicle she was calling about. I then said as was not interested as the car I bought was not GM, and hung up.

Wow .... that comment directly above really sound funny .... wonder if the FCC will check into a claim on that. I seems that they are using the DoNotCall list as a calling list if they Call your Home then your Cell one after another, unless there is a highly unlikely chance that they are consecutive numbers. I have been getting calls reading 352-357-4151 to my cell .... I don't have CID or an answer machine on my home phone, so can't say if I get calls to both. Anyone else with an experience like the last persons?

This company also called me. I decided to purchase the extended warranty and I have great coverage on my car now. I was skepticle at first but when I took my car to be repaired and it was all covered I had no complaints. Just mixing a little good in with the bad.
Thanks

I called the National Auto Warranty Service people (I think -- I used the number Ed posted above) and actually spoke to a nice lady there. She says they're not affiliated with them, but has heard of it. In fact, she gets the calls at home as well. She gave me the number to Toyota Corporate and said they might help. 800-228-8559. I don't know, but these folks are seriously starting to aggrivate me, and I'm starting to dig into this more.

Greetings all. I did a honey pot on this caller not too long ago after they auto dialed an entire block of 100 DIDs. The correct number to call to speak with the person running the bot is 954-776-3790. The name of the company making the calls is Trans America Warranty.

I get a lot of calls from them, usually from 734-864-9680, 678-253-0250, 615-349-9445, and/or 609-948-0971. Hope this helps.

Car warranty expiration message. Only option was to press one to speak to someone. So I did. I have a 1973 Monte Carlo. I asked for an "extended warranty." Gee, I don't know why but the guy went silent on me. I then politely asked to be taken off their list. However, I keep getting calls, even late at night. Buttheads.

We have gotten this call for about a week, I answered a few times, they had a RECORDING saying it was our car warranty "running out." There have been several caller IDs including "The Underground." When is America going to wake up and make a list of DO CALL instead of do not call?

Made the mistake of answering this out-of-state call on my cell phone, a recorded message saying "This is your warranty expiration center", hung up, and a few minutes later got a call from 609-948-0971, didn't pick up, they left a recorded message about getting some sort of loan. I am also on the do not call list.

I saw the call several times on my caller ID. Mine is a business line & I picked up one day. It was indeed an auto warranty claim. I pressed "1" to "reactivate" my warranty b/c that was the only option. Frank answered and immediately asked for the make and model. Instead, I stated that I wanted to be removed from the calling list. Frank hung up on me.

So, I called one of the numbers below, 800-753-0870, hit -0-, and spoke to the receptionist. She was very nice and apologized several times. She promised to remove me from the calling list & said that she would report Frank for me.

I don't know if it's true, but she seemed very friendly & I tend to believe her based on her tone of voice.

Thanks to this message board!

I have received close to a dozen calls saying that my vehicle warranty has expired. I just acquired this number, so I knew it wasn't for me. The tone is rude, and if the warranty has expired, why keep calling? Just discovered from a quick search that it's some sort of scam - for other people the calls from the same number deal with home equity loans, etc.
