I received the same call, twice today, 2 hours apart. Heavy accent, seems Jamaican.
Everyone that receives calls from this number and person should be reporting this to "Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration" 1-800-366-4484
Second call in one day from same #, identifying with same name of Officer Jason Miller. A little different mix of words and threats this time but same apparent urgency, voice, same difficulty understanding, same dialect which seems a mix of England & Australian. Texted back to same # telling him to stop calling me and informing him that I will not be calling him...that if he has something to communicate he can use the mail system as is the norm in this country. Also informed him that he is being reported with multiplicity with potential fraudulent intentions and to cease any behavior that is not legal or may lead to criminal activty.
Received two calls from this indivudual today. Very suspicious. Will not call back, as this is obvious fraud. Half expect next message to start "My name Peggy"!!
Called my cell phone. Very difficult to understand. Said name clearly however, "Officer Jason Miller" with the IRS. Was threatening regarding what might happen if I did not cal him but did not give details. Also gave no details of what the reason for the call was. Did not use my name. Had to listen to message several times to understand his words. Did not, will not be returning the call.
Agent Jason Miller from IRS left a message (sounded very threatening) I could barely understand. I called back and the voice mail was full. I called a couple of days later and spoke to Shaun White who said he was Jason's co worker. He asked for my husband by first name, he wasn't home so I asked what it was about. He said it was about a tax fraud my husband had committed!!! Both guys (if in fact were different people) had very strong accents and I could hardly understand!
Fake call pretending as IRS agent
He said he is an officer from IRS. Very strong accent.
The message said that it was from IRS. agent Miller, they said that they were going to levy my assets.
I received call from Jason Miller stating do not ignore his call and he is a Police officer.
The funniest part of this message is you can't even understand the guy.
Looks like it is a fraud . I got call from this number and the person left a voice mail name Jason Miller and he said Officer fro IRS.
Got a message from this number on my answering machine identifying himself as "Office Jason Miller with the Internal Revenue Services". Very strong accent, difficult to understand. Said something about needing his "call returned immediately" since it was a "time sensitive matter". Otherwise he would have "no choice but..." (to do something I could not understand).

Person said they were officer Jason Miller, Very Strong foreign accent. I'm sure it is a scam. I feel bad for people who fall for this crap.
IRS Scam impersonating a poilce officer by the name of Jason Miller. Threatening to arrest you if you don't hand over your bank account information. "Apparently for not paying your taxes". LOL have fun
