I suspect this is scamming phone call as the area code 582 is not yet an assigned number. It is scheduled to be assigned to part of the current 814 area code in Pennsylvania, but that has not been instituted yet. I didn't answer the call. My voice mail picked it up, but no message was left. I checked on other web sites and it seems to be a telemarketing call regarding credit card rates. How can there be a call from an area code that is not yet in service? SCAM!

You got all your wishes at least once in November 2011, Jimmy. Several other credit reprice scammers have been smacked in FTC civil actions since December 2009.

These bottom feeders need to be put out of business permanently...they ignore the do not call list...and call anyway. I do feel sorry for some of the people calling...they probably are just trying to earn a living...but the companies....need to be fined big time, shut down, and some of the executives put in jail...
The name of this company should be changed from "Card Services" to "Bunch of Cunts, Inc." because that's what they are; all they end up doing is clogging up my caller ID list.
The Do Not Call registry seems to be worthless. I am SO sick of such calls.
Another robo call (Illegal in Indiana!) from Card services...Racheal has been replaced by Ann. I hit 9 & Christopher Benning came on. When I asked what company, he said card services would I like to lower my rates. Then I said I don't understand what card or what company, he hung up on me. Figured I could string him out & waste his time like he wasted mine by calling me.
Again - I have to stop my work for this (?????)! Offers from companies I don't know!
I am on the do not call list.
Being on the do not call list seems to help with reputable merchants, but not these card services people.
