I knew this was s "scam" call and I had a rough day today. I chose to answer when they called. I listened to the recording talk about a senior citizen personal alarm system. The recording then directed you to push 1 to speak to a live rep. I pushed 1. A man with a foreign accent told me his name and rattled off an "agent number." He then asked who he was speaking with, very excitedly as I'm sure he was thinking he finally had a sucker to fall for his scam. Here's the key point my friends....instead of answering him, I asked the questions. I asked him very casually "when is your lunch break?" The man tripped over his words and didn't know how to respond. I asked the same again. He then said he had already taken his lunch break. I said "Bummer. That won't work....when is your next bathroom break?" I went on a few minutes with him like this as he just didn't know how to respond to me. I then told him that I wanted to pick the prime time to call him so as to best interrupt his day. He didn't say a word and I waited..and then hung up.

This telemarketer continues to call. I choose option-1 to speak with them to have our number removed which it should be anyway (we are on the no-call list). Call was dropped so I called the caller ID number and reached a person in Montana that wanted to send me a medical alert system. Area code was Missouri but I am talking to some person in Montana of which I told him what to do with their alert system. How these calls continue is beyond me. No call list has been ignored and they are getting around it.

We have received calls from this number several times this month and earlier. I finally answered the call and a recorded voice started talking about senior citizens and urging all senior citizens to get an emergency response service. That is when I hung up. I'll be blocking calls from this number, now. It is a violation of the "Do Not Call" Federal and state laws, but the "businesses" that still make calls to numbers on the "no call" lists don't care. The caller ID: No Name.

This number came up on caller ID. I dialed it three times and each time, a voice answered, "Good bye," there was a click and then a dial tone.
