I see that no one has reported a call from this number here since five calls in 2010, and one previous call in 2007. This is not enough calls for a widely used scam. Something fishy, though. I do have Geisinger Health's Gold plan for Medicare Advantage. Left no message. Not at all satisfied with Geisinger. No one would believe the nonsense, been trying for more than a year to get them to correct the address on my husband's mail from them. Each time I called, the customer service rep would say they will do it, and then...they don't do it. On the most recent call I made the other day, they trotted out the HIPPAA excuse -- suddenly, after a year, they want me to believe that to correct my husband's address on the mail they send would be a violation of federal privacy laws? Really? (He is so deaf, he avoids making phone calls)
calls twice a day for weeks now, I think this is the # that left a message once about a clinical trial for previous patients of Thomas Jefferson U. Hospital, sorry I deleted the 800# before writing it down.
