Although the caller ID said "Julie O'Neil," the person on the phone was male, with a heavy foreign accent. He claimed to be from Windows Support, and told me that my computer was downloading viruses. I hung up. He called again that day, and once the next day.
Got a call from this number and when asked who was calling they said a name which I couldn't even understand because he was foreign. He said he was with American Computer Service and my computer has a malicious virus. I told him I don't have a computer.
I just got a call today stating they was from Microsoft and my comp had a lot of viruses and hackers in there. and I looked there number and name up and it was a scam
Received a call where a technician was requested details and information regarding my computer. Then he started asking me personal questions that were very Inappropriate.

Received a call where a technician was requested details and information regarding my computer. Asked for providing my MAC address to help prevent unauthorized hacker access.
Definitely a scam. Also note, that the technician had a heavy accent, didn't properly identify himself and sounded like they were reading from a script.
