I played along with this fellow for a while. Identified his name as "Kevin" from the Technical Department of the Virus and Security Center Solutions Company. Asks several questions and requests permission to allow their engineers to connect to my cmputer. Ha ha. I am filing a complaint, along with others here on this site, about these jokers. You all should, too. Incidentally he did leave a call back number of 1-866-5398-674 in case you want to actually contact them. He claimed he was calling from Santa Ana, California, though the caller ID said Tucson, Arizona. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Called like five times over the weekend.
Keep calling several times a day for many weeks now. Don't answer but when I dial the number the message is
'this number is no longer in service.
This is a scam. Want to get remote access to your computer. The caller says he is from Microsoft and that you have a problem with your windows computer. Microsoft does not call you unless you have contacted them.
These Sand Niggaz called after 10 pm which is illegal in & amongst itself

I get one a month or so. I love it is obviously a person from the Indian/Pakistan area. They inform me my computer has been under attack. I let them go for a bit and ask if it is pornographic sites and then get them to listen to a bogus story and turn the table to see if they enjoy the fake site I mention. After that I tell them I have no computer and they embarrassingly and quickly hang up. PURE ENJOYMENT.
I also received a call from this number today (and several other days). I got fed up answered the phone and this heavily accented gentlemen said his name was Jake calling me from Windows and that my computer was being hacked. I told him my computer is heavily secured and not to call this number again. I also informed him that if he calls me again; I would consider it harassment because my caller ID has listed the "520" area number several times throughout the month and I will pursue a hefty lawsuit against "Windows". I have re-registered with the National Do Not Call Registry and filed a complaint with the FTC.
I think these people are calling me just to spite me now. They've called 15 times this week, all at horrible times (think late night or early morning). This morning, I raised my voice (like that helps:-) and said: "stop calling my house." The heavily accented caller said: "we are going to call your house again, and again, and again, and again." Such idiots.
Caller claims to be from windows security and needs me to load something onto my computer.....NOT HAPPENING.
Told me they are working on my home computer and needed the password. Home computer is shut down.
